Gym is excellent, brand new, superb machines and tools Very good bar and restaurant; breakfast is excellent. Gardens and lobby are very nice and make yourself welcome

Breakfast choices weren't what they expected. Maybe offering an english breakfast could've been an option, or even a bacon roll. All the same, they didn't starve, and the food that was offered was of a high standard.

It fully exceeded the expectations of the engineers and were very happy with the stay. They were staying to work night shift at a plant near you. They fully made use of the pool facilities to relax ready for the night ahead.

Room a bit ‘tired’ with thin mattress! Toiletries not special.Strong chlorine smell in pool and poor imagination and quality of food. Few wines by the glass and no half bottles.

Wife was very upset, as the staff member had removed all her nail polish that she had already done for our weekend away, and was just left with no gel nails or polish, was upsetting as my partner only brought one shoes for the event that we was going too,

Was missed sold a treatment ( pedicure) , was told all what my partner would be getting, was asked specifically if she wanted painted or gel nails my partner asked for gel, when she went in for her treatment the member of staff started, half way through the staff member said that she was told incorrectly by the reception staff what she was getting and said basically it was there mistake but what she had done already was all she was prepared to do and the treatment ended. Also our electricity in our room kept on tripping so was hard to use the bathroom as you needed lights to be able to see where there was no windows, I actually had to go myself and use the showers in the pool area

- I ate in the restaurant twice, both times service was extremely slow. In the evening I had to ask twice to give my order- I was sat over 25 mins before my order was taken. At breakfast no one took my order, I ended up having to leave without having the hot breakfast I'd wanted.

The facilities are fantastic. Staff very nice- especially reception staff. It's very clean.

We booked a double room, this was not fulfilled upon bringing this to the attention of the reception staff as well as a very strong smell in the room a member of house keeping then came and pushed the 2 beds together then zipped the mattresses together aswell upon trying to sleep on this so called bed later that evening it was really uncomfortable and caused physical discomfort to myself and partner and we did not sleep all night and suffered for days after  We checked out the following morning and again mentioned that I had booked a double room and now needed to complain that we didn't even have a proper bed and mattress to sleep on and the smell wasnt delt with once again this was dismissed and not acknowledged at all and as it took so long to get things sorted we didn't get chance to eat on the evening or have much time in the spa

The staff were amazing and there was a staff member called Mike who worked the night shift who was just amazing he was not only committed to do his job but showed he’s invested in the customers and made me feel so comfortable and I really appreciate it.

Breakfast - the hot items were very random and didn't go together with much. The frittatas were very hard and tasteless but rest of it good - standard continental breakfast.

Amazing view from room. Door access out to a lake. Had table and chairs outside - nice in the summer. Very relaxed atmosphere

Thought the evening meal was nice, but too expensive for very small portions and selection was limited.

Lovely hotel with great pool and spa. Staff were fantastic and helpful. Rooms were clean and very comfy and spacious. Loved the breakfast selection.
