Flat was spotless, nicely decorated. Location was great, close enough to tge beach, bars and restaurants but away from the noisy main streets. I'd stay again.

No Tv with any channels it does need an aerial this did spoil our stay TV also to small to see from bed again disappointed us

Our only small problem was we couldn’t work out how to put the heater on as we were chilly from a long walk. Instructions could be handy.

There were a few really nice touches, I loved the round table, the little blanket on the sofa, the cushions, the few ornaments/ pictures made it feel very homely. The bed was comfortable and considering how central it was it was peaceful.

The electric shower was was terrible, it was so powerful on all settings, I could barely hold it against my skin. It was also luke warm.

Slight stain on cushion cover of white sofa ( not a practical colour choice I'd say ) but otherwise impeccable clean accommodation.

Personally, I like sleeping in the dark, and unfortunately, the vertical curtain blinds let the light through, so I couldn't get as much sleep as I would (especially on holiday), and we didn't find the bed comfortable for our taste. I found some hair on the sofa (different colour from mine/my partner's), a spiderweb in a corner and the breakfast cups had some stains. As I said, I like the apartment, however, my recommendation is to improve cleanness.

Location is great! Just a few doorsteps from Wiking Beach. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby. From Broadstairs station, the apartment is reachable within a 10-12 mins walk. I liked the apartment. It's nice, spacious, and full of appliances, with attention to detail throughout.

There wasn’t enough cutlery and crockery, only 1 teaspoon, 2 plates one was broken. A new 4 place set would make a real difference, even for 2 people.

Maria provided super clear instructions on how to access the property ahead of my arrival and I found them very easy to follow and had no trouble getting in. She was always on hand to answer my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. She came straight to the apartment to check the fuse when I couldn’t figure out how to switch on the lights. She even let me check-in/ check-out later! It was a perfect place to stay to ring in the new year!

The drawback was that Flat 1 was just above/next door to the coffee shop, so could hear people/music/ coffee machine going of at 9am at weekends and 8am weekdays..was not loud loud, but enough to wake me up/disturb my sleep.

Very clean accommodation, lovely decor, bright and airy and loved the clock you have!! (would look amazing in our home!) Great location as well, minutes from the beach and the buzzing Albion Street with all its bars and restaurants.

All perfect a part from a broken toilet seat and we could not get the heating to work

The apartment was fully equipped with a kitchen, so had everything you could need! Even an oven, microwave and wine glasses. I liked that the coffee, tea, sugar and milk were all in packets which made the experience more hygienic and clean. The apartment was the perfect space for 2 people- easily accessible by code. The bedding and sheets felt fresh and clean. The location was close enough to everything but also away from the main roads, so it was quiet. We got to leave our suitcases in the hallway after. Lovely Airbnb experience and thank you to Maria for making it easy and enjoyable :)
