This is a lovely place to stay. Steve the host is amazing. Really friendly guy, very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Very clean, great location. Shops right on the doorstep. Would definitely stay here again.

A quirky themed hotel. Located in a prime position opposite the beautiful Weymouth beach, close to the town centre and transport links. The gorgeous grade II listed building has been beautifully renovated. My room was very comfortable and very quiet. Steve is a welcoming and attentive host. I loved the ‘library’ where breakfast was served - a very stylish mix of traditional and modern maximalism.

Nothing. A little tricky to stop in a car outside to drop off stuff but this is covered in detail on the hotel website so follow the instructions and all is good.

Nice small boutique hotel which was newly renovated and very nicely decorated. Lovely downstairs "Paris library" room and the breakfast was delicious with superb coffee. Steve "the narrator" is charming and overall we had a great stay, The room was very comfortable with a superb view of the sea. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable and shower hot and powerful.

A small sofa or more comfortable chair would have been lovely. The bedside tables weren't great

Breakfast was delicious; bathroom was spotless; bed was really comfortable. I loved the story behind Chapter 1 and Steve was absolutely brilliant at getting in touch beforehand to advise on parking and gave us a lovely welcome.

The hosts were wonderful people, the property was very tastefully down with every room portraying its own unique story. The check-in process was seamless and the location was bang in the middle of the city. Strongly recommend spending some time at their Paris library which will make you travel back time!

Everything was lovely, the hosts were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble! Although the property is near the town & it was Easter weekend, we slept soundly, wasn’t noisy! Beds were very comfortable. Lovely continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again when in Weymouth.

The overall feel was very different and comfortable. We liked all the design features together with the great welcome. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The only negative was the noise from revellers on the street outside in the early hours. But earplugs are provided and that definitely helps!

lounge/ breakfast room a bit cramped, so doesn't encourage you to laze around the hotel.

Steve is a great host - out to ensure you have a confortable stay. Continental breakfast, but more than adequate. Great coffee freshly brewed.

We would have liked the option of an English breakfast. The location was good for our needs but noisy at night due to the location and being directly opposite a very busy pub.

nothing really, but do expect to take a short walk to the nearest parking as the hotel does not have its own.

this hotel is not the norm; it has a 'theme' and you're part of its story. enjoyed the atmosphere and it was exceptionally quiet. the food recommendation (for dinner) was outstanding. If I ever visit Weymouth again, this will be my first port of call.
