It didn't bother me unduly but my room faced the railway line and the passing trains are really loud. I had to keep the window closed. If that bothers you, ask for a room facing the road.

The room was at the top of the house. It was larger than I expected for a single and it was clean and tidy, as were all the facilities. I was a solo traveller but I felt secure. Staff are polite - I left an item behind by accident and they notified me and offered to keep it for me (I'm returning soon!)

We did have 1 day where the Cleaner took 1 towel, leaving only 1 for both of us.

Room facing garden was as quiet as it could be. Studio is really great, it's got all you need. Check-in checkout smooth. Compared to regular hotels it does feel like you live in a real neighborhood (not a touristy place) with great connections to the whole city (train to and from Gatwick, jubilee line, overground)

There is no lift, should be prepare if bring a heavy lugagge. Renovation is on going. The room is little bit small.

The room didn't match the picture; it was small and cramped. The bed was uneven, causing discomfort, and the pillows were too firm. Despite daily cleaning, there was a strange odor. Also, the construction site across the street could be bothersome. Noise isolation in the building is not good.

Good location, near both the Underground and Overground. There is a possibility to get there from every airport conveniently. Tesco is nearby, as well as several breakfast options. The neighborhood is pleasant, and the price is good. The place is clean. Detailed check-in instructions were provided, which was especially helpful as we arrived after midnight.

My husband says that he wished there was some kind of fridge in the building.

- We booked a room with one double and one single bed. As per pictures I expected both beds in the same room. To my personal surprise, the single bed was in a separate small room. And let me tell you, I was so happy, because I left my husband and his mother in the double bed and closed their doors and I could sleep in peace without hearing their loud snoring. - There were mugs and coffee available in the room, so we could have a coffee as soon as we got up, without waiting for the coffee shops to open. There were even small milk packages - There is a nice coffee/bakery 2 minutes away, and several really good charity second hand and vintage shops in the neighbourhood - Lovely man at the reception let us check in earlier. Way earlier, as our room was ready. Thank you so much for that

Walls are a bit thin, so you can hear foot steps and noise a little bit.

Price was reasonable if you get it a few months earlier. Room is comfortable enough to spend the night. Location is good, a few minutes walking to metro station.

I would suggest a commun área if possible with a microwave and a frigo.

Location is great, even when is a little far from downtown, underground is near the house, and the station is short, Jubilee line can get you to picadilly line and then go downtown. Host was very nice with us! I recommend!

We liked everything, it would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room but we knew before hand that we didn't have one.

We were happy with everything, the check in went really well, we met a member of the staff who gave us the key and told us where our room was. The room was nice, beds comfortable, the shower was good, nothing to complain about.

They have different buildings, and only one has a person from the staff, so if you need something you have to go there, but honestly the location is so good that it is not a problem.

The ubication was excellent, close to many transport options. They have a coffee nearby that offers a discount if you stay in Charlot Hostel, with a lot of tasty options to eat. Everything was super clean, and the cleaning person was very nice when we arrived at the hostel.

Too close to the train station, the train was passing right in front of the window. Noisy from the neighbouring rooms and the street also. Squeaky bed, and floors. No heat in the room but it was resolved with a heater from reception.

Clean, nice room, close to the metro and train station, with pubs and supermarket nearby. Early checkin and also they kept our luggage until 4pm.

Very Clean, perfectly located (close to thames link, underground, overground and busses. Cafés and restaurants nearby, situated in a very decent neighbourhood. Quiet at night, cozy, highly recommended.

One of the three beds was not very comfortable. The other two were fine. It was a little far from the city center, but we knew that when we booked.

The location was close to the train station, and the room worked well for us. The person at check in was helpful and got us in a bit early. Tesco mini mart nearby, so we could get a meal deal for a quick lunch.

Excellent safe, quiet and convenient location, very close to supermarket, cafes and restaurants, and the 3 different metro and overground lines at West Hampstead. Good size ensuite room, with large modern shower, basic but very clean, and tea/coffee/kettle/hairdryer/TV all provided and great. Comfortable bed. Easy check in via text, and key safe collection for out of hours DIY check-in. For the money this is the standard of accommodation I expected (nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable), and I would stay again.
