The initial room I was hosted was not clean and was not representative of what was advertised by the host. I had to complain before I was relocated another room 12 mins walk away from the original room that I was allocated. Early in the morning the room began to leak but I was ready to check out at that point anyway.

The room I eventually got allocated was okay.

There is no WiFi access, The lights in room 1 flat C kept turning off, so I had to keep turning them on in the main with box. The bedding has not been changed or washed, and I know this because I booked it twice in one week on different days and the beddings were the same.

There was a huge issue with clogged toilets affecting the whole building, which caused quite a stench in the hallway - fortunately, the smell did not reach the room. Our window was right by the sewage drain, which was flooding the entire outdoor area. It was not pleasant to look outside and see floating feaces on the ground. Secondly, there is only one key to the front door, which another guest had taken and we had to wait half an hour for him to return and open the door for us, having been stood outside in the freezing cold. We also had somewhere to be and had to get ready, yet all of our belongings were inside. I do have to say however, that the person letting these rooms was very easy to reach via whatsapp. They were helpful, polite and acted promptly to resolve the issues we had. The toilet issue was also out of their control and they did have people on site the following morning to resolve the issue. The front entrance key could be resolved easily by cutting multiple keys to avoid people having to worry about not being able to get in on arrival. The final complaint is that although the room had clearly been cleaned before our arrival (it smelt nice from the cleaning products), we were not convinced that our bedding was changed from the previous stay, as it was very creased and had staining on it - although it did not smell.

The room was nice and modern. For the most part, it appeared clean and was perfect in size for the two of us. The property is only a 10 minute walk from Archway underground station, with lots if accessible shops around. The lettor was also very polite and responsive. Any issues we had were sorted as instantaneously as possible.

Nice and fresh feeling studio with a good bed, shower, little kitchen and nice addition of a breakfast area that gets morning sunshine.

We did wait outside for 2 hours because there was no keys for our room in keysafe.We tried to ring but no body picked up phone.We got up from one of the person living in the property helped to contact office and then they helped us to Find keys from store room.that’s unfair to new people coming to live there.I am attaching screenshots to prove that our needs were ignored.We want refund.

Property was okay but staff was not supportive.There was not tissue paper in toilet.we contacted and texted on given what’s app number about toilet rolls but they ignored and didn’t respond.

Unfortunately, this booking was let down by the lack of customer service from the host. We needed 2 access codes; one for the main door and a second for the room. After sending a message on the mobile number provided prior to attending to get these codes, I did not receive a reply. When I arrived, I called the number which goes straight to voicemail and ended up being stuck outside the property for nearly 2 hours. When someone did reply they were rude telling me I had received an email with the codes. I triple checked my inbox and junk and definitely hadn’t. Interestingly, I received the email on how to access the building the following evening when I was back home. I ended up being late for the event and whilst stuck outside, other guests arrived having exactly the same issue. There was a strange smell in the main hallway which wasn’t as bad as the room but I could smell this on my clothes and bag when I arrived home. The room was very small for a double and the bed was very small and not the comfiest. We were left one towel to share which I wasn’t too fussed about. The walls are super thin and could hear word for word what was being said in the rooms adjacent. Not to mention the 2am pleasures next door when an extra guest was invited to their room after a night out. If you’re in to listening to other people having a good time, then it may be the perfect place to stay. The main point here is that if you have guests arriving, ensure that a message is sent prior to arrival time rather than having people turn up and stuck outside for 2 hours. To also then act in a rude manner and try to blame the guests for not checking emails when it was in actual fact the host that hadn’t send them, is very disappointing. On this basis I would not stay again and neither would I recommend it. The other points mentioned I can’t argue too much about as for the money I paid, this was expected.

As I was staying for one night, I just needed somewhere to get my head down and get ready the following morning. It was a good location for the event I was attending that evening otherwise I would have booked somewhere more central. The room was relatively clean and there was a small table to eat with the exception of ordering something in. I would say for one person, it would do the job.

I had trouble getting in. I needed two 4-digit codes to access the key for the front door, and my room, neither of which were provided on the original email, and I received no additional emails containing this info, and the hone number I tried for the property would always go to answer phone straight away. A neighbor stated this was a common problem, and an hour after getting in, another guest also had this problem.

A lovely base for exploring the capital! Clean, comfortable, YouTube on TV and quiet. Although I didnt use it, the dining table and settings were a cute touch and I was good to have the option

Walls are thin so some noise can be heard from other guests, but this was minimal during our stay. An extra pillow would have been nice to have the option of.

Extra bonus of a fridge and basic kitchen facilities. Quiet area easily accessible from tube. Hassle free entry and exit. Perfect for a short stay. Bring your own tea/coffee etc if you drink it.
