Great location, handy for the town centre but peaceful and quiet. Lovely and expansive garden with interesting features and lots of sitting areas. Spacious room and well thought out hot drinks facility with hot chocolate and herbal options as well as the usual.

My fault, I didn't realise I would be sharing a bathroom, but all so clean and comfortable, really not a problem. Jill has done all she can to remind guests not to bang doors!

A lovely house set in a beautiful garden. For me an excellent location for visiting friends and family.

In all honesty I don't think there was anything I wasn't happy with

Jill the owner was very helpful and friendly. Made sure everything was OK for my stay. I took my dog with me and there was plenty of space to walk her. Town was extremely close by with lots of shops to suit everyone.

This B&B is an absolute gem. Good location, quiet. A big bedroom and everything spotlessly clean. Jill is a great host, makes your stay really enjoyable and has great recommendations for restaurants, activities etc. I would definitely stay again, should I be in the area.

The bedroom we chose online was very small, although it had everything we needed. If we return I will definitely book a larger bedroom with a desk.

Charming and attentive owner, with interesting conversation. Comfortable accommodation and simple, healthy breakfast with great coffee. We didn't have the cooked breakfast. The bathroom was spacious and clean with a lovely shower. Peaceful location and an easy walk into Dorking. We loved the alpacas!

Everything was excellent especially for the money I paid but I would have liked an en suite bathroom

Breakfast was a simple affair as I don't eat much but was what I wanted. The room was warm and cosy and the bed was comfortable

Well located for Dorking. Beautiful garden. Friendly, helpful host with interesting stories to tell. It was a nice touch to have a self published reflective book in the bedroom to dip into.

The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice and a good start to the day ahead so one is not hungry too quickly after a few hours :-) the location is amazing because you feel that you are far away from everything and surrounded by nature, and actually, all one needs to do is walk 10 minutes to the High Street. The location is absolutely perfect in every way. Jill, the owner is a warm, friendly, and helpful person, and I had some good conversations with her including a bit of friendly banter.

There was nothing I didn't like

Jill was a wonderful and attentitive host, providing a vast array of breakfast items, making sure my stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed, the BnB itself is warm and homely with one of the most beautiful gardens I've ever seen and very close to the town centre, certainly will return!

Nothing much, bathrooms are separate and shared, but that didn’t bother me too much, you can work around that.

The property was fantastic, it’s history with Jill was superb, the Alpacas were great, it’s 10 minutes into Dorking centre, loved it and will be back again.

The shared bath / shower room although there was a second loo. As it turned out this was no problem whatsoever. The bedroom had a banging door which we were alerted to. Think my grand daughter only allowed it to close sharply once.....

To mention but a few..... Our welcome following a long journey, The setting, garden and Alpacas. Water feature and points of interest within the garden. Advise and conversation. Locality being an easy walk to Dorking centre. Options for breakfast.
