I would have liked a bath robe in my room

Everything about the hotel was lovely. The staff are all amazing and so dog friendly, I will definitely be back. If this hotel was in London you’d easily pay over £600 a night

Coffee could have been better.

In their red book they offered a free welcome glass of wine in the bar. We went down and asked Natalia for a glass of Prosecco each and then had a 2nd glass and was charged on checkout £40 for 4 glasses. We thought that was a disgrace. We stayed 4 nights and would have expected them to reduce the first 2 glasses of Prosecco as they were offering a welcome glass of wine 🍷. I did question why we were charged for the 4 glasses as a welcome drink was offered and Olivia said oh sorry that's for a standard glass of wine.

The room was not so soundproof, so I could hear some noises from the neighbours but nothing too annoying.

We went to the gym to check it out and the dog must have peed on the exercise mat. This put me off using the gym.

Natalia the receptionist was fab. She remembered us from our last visit. The room was very pleasant and spacious. The location was great as it was close to the shops, restaurants and theatres. Also right in front of the beach and was given parking permits.

Located front and centre looking out to sea. Beautifully furnished with period features. Easy parking on street outside. Staff on hand 24/7. Huge comfortable emperor bed

The towels could have been a little larger as they were fairly small and made it hard to wrap around your body after a shower.

The room was compact and had everything you needed and the bed was very comfortable. The radiators were turned very high which made the room a little hot but the team on reception sorted it out very quickly.

We would have like to have had breakfast, but couldn’t justify £20 each.

We were upgraded from an Executive room to a Junior Suite - and we had our 2 Rotties with us - and were astounded at the luxury and style. The Emperor style bed was so comfortable, and the bedding high quality. The staff were all really friendly and polite, and smiles all round. Loved the old style lift.

We arrived exhausted on bikes and reception team, took them away, stored them, and showed us to a perfect room to relax and shower. We immediately felt rejuvenated

Everything was classy. The whole mood and atmosphere was set to perfection. We were showed to our room. When we entered there was relax music playing natural wild life sounds along side gentle music made with peaceful chimes. The views were beautiful. Breakfast was served in the room. All was absolutely perfect and completely felt elegant and special.
