Good location, fantastic staff and great facilities (pool,bar and entertainment)

Unfortunately our room had a smell of sewerage they did rectify this and move us rooms but the room we were moved to wasn’t the best and was small compared to what we originally had , so we moved back to the original room and put up with the smell .

The staff where lovely was a lovely big hotel the swimming pool was great .

Saturday night entertainment.....

The location was superb..the hotel was great value for money. Breakfast was nice but food ran out on the Saturday morning. The room we had was clean, good shower but they definitely need refurbishment. Entertainment on the Friday and Sunday was excellent however the Scottish guy on Saturday was abysmal.....making ageist derogatory comments throughout the night. Not appropriate considering the elderly crowd. I mean its not rocket science....get a new entertainer....

It would have been nice if we had anywhere to put our towels in the bathroom and to dry our swimming suits after using the pool. Also, our windows were very dirty, which was a bit annoying because the sea view is really stunning.

The location is great. Our room was very spacious and warm. The sea view was amazing. The swimming pool was also very nice

The fact that you weren’t allowed to take a walker upstairs to the rooms they had to stay on the ground floor I understand this is for fire safety but when a person is unsteady on their feet and it wasn’t on the website we found out when arrived and also no access to the pool for disabled

Kids loved the pool and I love the family room with a sea view hotel was nice and staff were friendly

We didn't book meals or use the pool so unable to comment on these facilities.

We had a family room, first floor with a sea view. Room had 2 hair dryers, plenty of wardrobe/storage space and extra bedding etc. Room furniture a little dated but did not impact on us. Bathroom was modern. Everything was clean.

It was a little hectic for breakfast but that was only because there were so many people.

Sea view room, pool, bingo, Happy 3 hours! And evening entertainment. Staff were very friendly and it was in a great location.

There is an suitable changing area before when you go to the swimming pool and it isn’t clean it is very dirty the floor Dinner and breakfast were okay but not perfect

We booked a double bed but there was 2 singel beds when we move the beds together there was sheets and papers and rubbish under the beds but id stay again just the cleeners not doing there work thanks you

If I had to be picky and say anything I would say it was a bit tired but there was nothing else we didn't like.

The staff where very friendly very chatty so polite The facilities where clean and comfortable the pool was a very nice added bonus very clean and well displayed Me and my husband had a lovely weekend Thank you

We paid extra for Breakfast and it was disappointing I asked for poached eggs but you have to order the day before!! Bacon and fried eggs looked and tasted like they had been there all day. Coffee was luke warm and no fruit to speak off.

Swimming pool and entertainment on mid week. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall good location an value for money.
