we paid for extra time before we arrived and after check out , told the cleaners had to double up for this request . I was disappointed with the cleanliness as oven was dirty and so was the bathroom

The house smelled very strongly of smoke. My fault for not realising that “non-smoking rooms” didn’t mean the whole house was non-smoking, but it was very overpowering. The shower pressure was fairly non existent but the water was hot.

The property was in a good location. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The communal space is very small. There are 12 beds, but only one small living area with a sofa to seat 3 and a table with 4 chairs. We were a group of 7 and there was plenty of space to sleep but not enough space for us to sit and eat. Some areas need a coat of paint (rear upstairs bedroom)

Location, comfortable beds, separate toilet as well as bathroom, easy check in/out. Clean. Good towels. Well equipped kitchen. Warm. Good value.

As others have mentioned, the power shower is a bit temperamental but it was adequate.

Plenty of beds and space for everyone. Comfortable and clean, great facilities and great location, just a short walk from town. Easily found parking along the street. Had to transfer a deposit but this was paid back soon after our stay.

We had an issue with the shower, but the owner had been informed and is going to have engineers check it. The oven had been left dirty by the previous occupants. House sleeps nine folks, but dinner table seats 4., but we didn't have an issue with that.

Nice house in a good location for Northampton. House in general was clean, beds, bathrooms, living room. Kitchen was well enough equipped.

wow just wow. what a lovely clean home from homes. we loved this place. where to start on the initial booking the host was super nice and was helpful from start to end the house is clean modern and the bedrooms are all lovely. a few of us work in the music scene one of my party has travelled all over the world DJing and said that it’s the comfiest beds he’s slept in I had to agree . please if you stay here treat it with resepect as we will likely stay here anytime we are in Northampton we love it 10/10

Shower had insufficient pressure but the management have said they will address this immediately.

One of the quietest nights sleep I have had in any central town location. Really comfortable beds and overall very pleasant.

More comfortable sofa in the living room

House is big and clean. Beds comfortable. Close to local shops. On arrival we head botle of wine and fruits. The owner very friendly and let as stay 2 hours longer. There was plenty tea and coffee. And was very cheap for stay. Access to WI-Fi

Shower pressure was terrible, too small instantaneous water heaters, water is changing all the time, people cannot take a shower as normal. Carpet downstairs was not clean well. This property definitely does need some improvement equipment is too old. Another thing is that there are mould in every single room.

Fridge needed a good clean. Broken glass in freezer. Shower was useless. Was 5 secs freezing and 5 hot and keep a cycle like that. Parking was horrendous. Dining room table only sat 4 people which didn’t help us all eating together. Considering condition and parking little expensive.

Rooms were clean and tidy beds were well made. Nice little touches like have some useful condiments in kitchen and washing products in bathroom. Nice and quiet. Dog friendly. Enclosed garden. Can accommodate decent number of people to sleep if you need it. Two toilets.

Lack of crockery for a house that sleeps 12 - there were 4 mugs and 2 wine glasses! There was no BBQ as stated in the description. But to be honest the yard wasn't really suitable for it and there were only a few pieces of very dirty outdoor furniture. One front door key wasn't enough when there were 8 adults. Very strong smell of weed!

Location to the town centre. Very quiet street. Beds were comfy and the house was seeping with weed smell, which helped us relax and forget about the other stuff 🤣 Owners responded very quickly to questions.

shower stopped working so had to use the small tap to wash which was uncomfortable people were staying in when we were due to check in the microwave wasn't cleaned
