There was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, quite strong sewage smell. The hotel bar wasn't open.

Clean & basic room, nice shower and newish bathroom. Beds were comfy and plug sockets by the beds. Small tv in room and tea & coffee facilities provided. 2 min walk to the winter gardens which is what we needed. Close to shops and restaurants.

When I arrived at the hotel and registered, I asked about the bar opening times. we were told it was not open an Even though there was a no vacancies sign on the door, we were advised if we wanted a drink close to the accomadation then there was a hotel 3 mins walk away. I booked this bnb as it had a bar on site. Very disappointed.

Freddy, met us at the door, no reception, seemed very nice and arranged for extra towels in the room. Rooms were clean, beds comfy and all clean. Cleaner as lovely.

Very dated and the floor boards had holes in and covered with carpet so u kept feeling u were going to put your foot through the ceiling below.

didnt realise large stag, hen etc partys were allowed,we all got woken up by a big group going in the room next door and being loud and noisy untill the small hours of the morning.we won,t be booking here again which is a shame because the room and the location were great.

lovely friendly guy who booked us in and the room was spacious for me 3 children and partner.was clean and the en suite looked new.

Unfortunately, the shower didn’t work properly, it was either boiling hot or freezing cold and had very little pressure. We ended up having to use the bath which worked fine but wasn’t ideal.

The location was great, check-in and out were very easy. The room was very clean and spacious enough for two.

The twin room was small but clean with a decent bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was spotless. It was more than adequate for an overnight visit for a sporting fixture and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel within its price range.

It would be good if breakfast was included for the price but the cafe next door is quick and tasty. only open from 9 though. We were in the attic room and there is not much head room. we banged our heads many times. It would be nice if the windows in this room were see through but the glazing has blown and is completely full of condensation. the view when you open the window of the tower is great.

The hotel is close to the promenade (north end) it’s a lot nicer than it looks from outside and the host very friendly. The hotel is worn but clean and beds comfy.

The location was brilliant; 5 minutes walk to many Blackpool’s attractions. It was very clean and fit to purpose. The owner Freddie was pleasant, helpful and also informative. The price was excellent. I do recommend this hotel with confidence.

Tv was hard to see from the double bed but cam understand it would be hard to have it some where for everyone to see. Maybe a move able bracket would be good. Wish the owner had told us about the bar and access to breakfast when we checked in. We didn't realise till it was to late. These are not dislikes as it was great value for money just things I would of liked. Would definitely stay again xx

The owner was lovely and really friendly. The room was really clean couldn't of been cleaner. Beds where really comfortable

As I said in the "What did you like". I didn't spend much time in the hotel, so wasn't much I could assess. Did have an issue with the floor entering the en-suite (felt like there was a hole in the floor under the carpet) didn't cause an issue though. But it's a budget hotel. If you want luxury then PAY for it.

The guy who met us was pleasant. I was there on a Stag do, so can't make much of an assessment.

We had the attic room for five of us, low beams meant plenty of bashed heads with two deciding to book into another hotel to avoid long term concussion.

    The price and central location.
