No interaction with hotelier only on arrival and told us to go to cafe next door as he couldn't be bothered to do us one we were 5 middle age ladies age between 57-65 we had to climb 4 lots of stair as we were put it the attic the beams were exposed and numerous times we banged our heads no hot water in tap windows were filthy and no milk in the morning for a drink and when we knocked on the door at least 3 times there was no one available I think £135 for 1 night here was extortionate

The accommodation we stayed in was nothing like advertised online. we were disgusted as the pictures were false. false advertising.

no bar even though advertised room was 10,000 degrees and the window only opened 2” 1 toilet roll and no one around to get more broken kettle 1 sachet of coffee for three days had to go and buy some no blackout blinds etc so room was constantly bright

There were gaps between in the blinds that let in quite alot of light.

Room was a good size for a family room. Lovely and clean. Friendly greeting on arrival. Free WiFi. Nice and quiet even though it was full. No outside noise. Brilliant central location.

The price was very expensive for a night with no breakfast and you smell mould coming from the bathroom. The shower/bath didn't look very clean. The window didn't close properly so it was very noisy at night.

The location was good being so close to Blackpool tower and the pier etc.

The only problem is the room is very warm so we turned to radiators off apart from to dry our wet clothes as couldn’t keep the windows open throughout the night due to loud traffic noise and people talking loudly in the street but this isn’t a problem if you keep the windows closed as it totally blocks the outside noise. Obviously no fault of the hotel as you know what you are getting when you book central.

The family room number 9 is decorated lovely and is so big and comfortable and the beds are the comfiest I’ve ever slept on and I get sciatic so bad beds always get me. Very polite owners who will help you in any way they can. I would definitely stay here again and in this room. You also get a view of Blackpool tower. Not constantly raining even tho it’s Halloween weekend so managed to get out loads. Totally recommend!

Nothing was nice no breakfast supplied so ripped off 3 Adults which one was a old age pensioner put in mouldy damp attic room the smell was discusting one adult was asthmatic who then took a chest infection shortly after the stay

The location was absolutely fabulous. Very close to all the main central attractions such as the arcades, the piers and shops. Location also had a large variety of places to eat around it and was not a far walk from anything else that was a little further away either. We didn't choose the option for breakfast however there was a small cafe next to the hotel which did a very nice and affordable breakfast. Cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding and the room was spotless. The shower was impeccably clean, as was the bed and we were welcomed very happily and made to feel welcome.

I didnt like the bathroom smell and cleanliness, the shower was hanging on for its life. The bed moved if you slightly touched it and it was so busy I got woken up at 7am from the first person above having a shower and this went on and on from room to room, there really isnt any peace here. OH, And we couldnt open the bedroom window at all so it was really hot and stuffy.

I liked the cleanliness of the bedroom and decor was average. The staff/owners were pleasant enough but hardly said alot. I liked how close to the sea front and the car park it was. It was a last minute booking so it did the job.

Booking.com is very confusing website shows bed&breakfast but there was no breakfast!, bar in the hotel but there was no bar! Owner of the hotel told me that booking.com knew about it but still offers and playing up with room pictures as well. Very disappointed!!!

Heating on when it's red hot outside. Shower could not decide it it wanted to be cold warm or boiling hot. Free WiFi gave less than 1mb. Stayed in the winter garden room with a fantastic view of a wall. Other than that it was a decent place
