Hosts were so friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing and all freshly cooked. Location is ideal for walking into town for bars and restaurants.

It would have been nice to have the option of a brighter light. Whilst pleasant, the lighting was not easy to read by after dark

The property is spotless well decorated, parking at the rear of the property through a tiny road as expected in this part of Cornwall Everything you could need including a small fridge ideal for extra milk or medical needs like insulin The breakfast menu is extensive

We've been coming to Looe for the last 15 years and can honestly say Cherrywood Lodge is by far the best place we have stayed in. Location, immaculate rooms and a breakfast menu that has so many tasty options. Definitely will be returning next year.

The facilities were excellent and the owners were attentive and helpful. Just from a personal point of view I did not like the coffee sachets in the room. I do understand that you can not please everyone and it wasn't a problem as I picked up my favourite in town.

***** The breakfast was amazing with a choice of traditional and a specials board which was a real treat. The location was central but quiet and just a 5 minute's walk from the town centre and all the amenities.

Brilliant location with parking which already makes the price worth it. The owners couldn't do more for you but aren't over bearing and the food was delicious. We will definitely be booking again!

Immaculate, 10 out of 10 is not enough to describe how clean our room was! Breakfast was outstanding, location is perfect for getting to Looe (5 minute walk). Great advice on what to do and where to visit. A truly fantastic stay. Thankyou Ann and Ralph.

This was our first visit and certainly won’t be our last! We received such a warm welcome from Annie and Ralph, they were amazing. Our room was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Selection at breakfast was brilliant and beautifully cooked, nothing was too much trouble. Cherrywood Lodge is only a short (5mins) walk into Looe. We couldn’t fault a thing and will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends.

There are steps down to the pathway into town, but Looe is hilly, and unless you have real mobility issues the handrails are very helpful.

Our hosts Annie and Ralph were exceptional, they couldn't do enough for us, and the standard of breakfast was just amazingly good. The room was comfortable and had many little comforts extra to the norm. The guesthouse is only a few minutes walk from Looe.
