We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomHard to find anything really. Perhaps, because it is an old property, it would be good to know if your room was upstairs ... some guests could struggle without a lift. Not a problem for us though.
It was very clean, great decor and quite quirky. It was personal, not like any room in a hotel chain. Loved that. The welcome from Simone on reception was lovely. We had breakfast each morning, the choice was very good and if you wanted hot food it was cooked to order.

United StatesThe only downside was the internet in my room, it is very slow. We had to hang out at the lobby that has better internet. Also there was no thermostat in the room, we couldn't adjust the temperature at night, so all of us felt a little cold for a February night.
Love this place, the hotel is nice and cozy with clean large family room for our family of 5. It is located 2mins walk to the town of Bourton on Water, which is beautiful and scenic. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both meals were really delicious. We would love to stay there again.
