Separate bathroom but to be fair, it was around the corner from my room (not like another place where it was down a set of stairs and PIN code protected.) Location was a bit far out from Norwich city centre. I walked to Chapelfield Park for the Norfolk and Norwich festival (think it took 30 minutes) but had to get a taxi back but yet again because it is further out from the city, it is quiet and on a good location leading out of Norwich when you have to leave.

This is an excellent bread and breakfast/hotel and perhaps one of the best I have stayed at. Cleanliness was exceptional. It was quiet and breakfast in the morning was brilliant. One little feature I loved in the room was there was a drawstring switch (like in the toilet) just above the bed so you could get into bed and pull the drawstring to switch of the light so you don't need to stumble around in the dark before getting into bed (might think of doing that at home.) I also found the bed amazing and slept well in it. Finally, I liked the fact that the place was enclosed so you could park your car well away from the street safely.

We liked everything! The elegant vintage interior design, the cozy room and comfy bed, the unique breakfast experience, and above all... our kind, friendly, welcoming host Elliot who's cooking skills and care for his guests made this 2-night stay a truly memorable experience. Will definitely visit again when in Norwich! Would highly recommend!

A convenient location with ample parking. More importantly, a great welcome, efficient communication, comfortable elegant room and lovely breakfast in the charming dining room, where we enjoyed meeting another guest. The fresh milk was appreciated.

My room had a private bathroom that wasn't ensuite. However, it was just across the hall and was private to me. And there was a dressing gown for me to wear, which was a lovely touch (and used)!

Great location, close to the University (where I was attending a conference), but also not far from town too. Elliott communicated well in regards to my arrival and was accomodating with me shifting my times for arriving (and again for breakfast). He also provided a great recommendation for dinner, just down the road. Would definitely stay again if / when I am next back in Norwich.

The was nothing negative at all, I would only suggest that a really great addition might be the option to charge an EV at an extra cost.

I booked here as I was visiting my daughter at UEA and this was very close by, the owner was very accomodating, calling me the afternoon before I arrived to make arrangements and confirm breakfast requirements. The room was quite, very well furnished, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was as advertised exceptional and even came with branston pickle which is hardly ever available I find, I will definitely book here again for my next visit.

Having to decide what time you want to come down for breakfast and one large table for everyone at breakfast, I prefer to wake up and come down, and then have my coffee before having contact with others. But that is just my preference.

The breakfast was great a good selection and products. The bed was comfortable and had a great night's sleep. That's the two things we look for in a hotel a good night sleep and nice breakfast so ticked our boxes. Great location close to city and A47 if going further afield we had a small room with external private bathroom but this was not an issue.

Very small shower enclosure with poor water pressure. Tiny sink was very hard to use.

A really lovely B&B in Norwich. Elliott and his mum took such good care of us. The room was beautiful and so comfy. The breakfast was so delicious and most welcome on a Sunday morning. We loved our stay and will be back!
