The property is amazing! Perfect location in the centre of Norwich, parking included next to the building, the apartment is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need for a lovely stay. The additional touch of the welcome back with wine, crisp and biscuits was so kind.

Shower cubicle a little snug

Excellent location apartment matched description and photos. Basics are there tea coffee sugar milk salt and pepper etc as well as dishwasher / cleaning products and bathroom essentials. Photos supplied by host made it easy for us on arrival to park abd find the property.

Beds were initially firm, but OK once you are lied down, one sofa again was firm, more of a seat than a lounging sofa. Water was rocket hot, maybe a sign for future guests, difficult to get "just right" to shower under especially when the heating was also working. These things would not put me off staying again.

Lovely location being in Central Norwich, having parking makes it a double bonus. In the heart of the city so you can explore on foot or use public transport. (A bit of a walk to the rail station). Apartment itself was clean and comfortable with everything you needed in both the kitchen and bathrooms. People who have limited mobility would find climbing the two floors of stairs difficult but no bother for us. The single glazed windows mean you can hear the traffic, fortunately there isn't a lot down bethel St so again not too much of a bother.

The double beds were a bit small so not that comfortable (my wife is very small and I’m only average height). Similarly the shower was a bit of a squeeze. I think some of my Scandinavian colleagues would struggle!

Amazing location. A few minutes walk from the market and centre of Norwich. Parking space included. All the things you would need in an apartment and a nice basket of goodies to enjoy on arrival.

Parking might be an issue if you arrive early afternoon and owners didn't ask for our registration number prior to our arrival which is needed to stop you getting charged. My friend did say his bed did roll him to the middle of the bed but mine was fine.

Great location to get in the city its on the doorstep. Owners left wine and crisps and chocolate which was a nice touch. Rooms clean and tidy with nice en suites. Hand book useful as we're the coffee and sugar sachets and the little pots of milk. Would definitely stay here again.

If I have to find a fault.. the car park was tight! The allocated spaces were taken but we were told we could use any of the others, so that was good! But I couldn’t of manoeuvred in.. my husband managed to. So once we parked we left the car and luckily didn’t need to drive all weekend. Nothing at all wrong with the accommodation. It was stunning.

Nothing (apart from maybe the air freshener in the entrance which puffed out every now, and then!) this is absolutely minor, however, as everything else was fantastic.

We loved that, it was so centrally positioned, with easy access to everything. It was the second visit we had made, this time with a friend who didn’t know Norwich. Everything about the apartment was carefully thought out, good quality, and really comfortable!

Good location. Easy to collect keys from lockbox. Good instructions recevied from owner. Comfortable flat with lots of extras included. ( welcome hamper, tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets, toiletries etc). Well equipped kitchen and everything you need provided.

Only extra could be blockout curtains for the very early daylight that the UK has :)

The apartment was great. Loved the gas cooktop (which we haven't had anywhere in UK). Everything was comfortable and all we needed. The goodies basket of chocs, shortbread, chips and wine was so welcoming. So nice to be able to have a good area to live in, albeit for a short time.
