The shower mat needs replacing , condiment items were left in kitchen cupboards, tv remote in twin bedroom not working so not able to use the tv , curtains by patio doors come of track . Food left in the freezer . Having to provide your own bed covers and towels

It’s a shame Haven make you do all or nothing. We would have happily paid to see the entertainment one night but even though we are staying on the site no options are available. Some of the nearby guests are very inconsiderate shouting and disturbing others till late at night.

Ideally positioned between the sea and the village, which had plenty of places to eat. We chose the location as we were going to Goodwood Revival, which was only 20 mins drive away. Lovely van in a great location.

Unfortunately some of the plates, cups , glasses, was dirty. There was also a large group . 10 plus people gathering in the accommodation opposite. Partying until early hours.

It was very clean and comfortable. The owner has gone to a lot of effort, to make the guest feel comfortable. Extra’s like books, dvds, board games. Bed was comfy too.

Having to take own bed linen and towels, but can understand concerns post-Covid. Also - not the fault of property - but the additional costs for using Haven facilities wasn't felt worthwhile if just wanting access to swimming pool, and the on-site fish and chip shop was poor quality and overpriced.

Clean and uncluttered accommodation. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Kid friendly board games and DVDs. Quiet location, with walkable access to the local beach and harbour area. Glad that WiFi was available as listing states it isn't. Gas hob was very much appreciated as electric ones are difficult to use. Excellent Qmin Indian takeaway nearby. Lamb pub serves nice food and has kids menu. Plenty of options for walks or car trips to other beaches. West Wittering was less than 30 minutes drive if you want a sandy beach.

Only issue was the Price to use the swimming pool... The young girl who was there Tuesday evening easnt 100% helpful We were only there for 2 nights and only wanted to use the pool for 1 day would of charged us £25 EACH for the 1 time so Please change this. sure you would rather some money then no money apart from this brilliant.

Caravan was clean and plenty of room, bed was comfortable and just lovely altogether! We will be coming back in March

Their wasn't anything I didn't like. However when booking the carvan it would be good to know you need to buy a play pass.so you.can access the activities. Like swimming, club House. As I didn't know until the week before we went . As I had to find additional money to buy it.

There were a couple of caravans that partied outside with loud music and singing until 120am! Caravan walls let in ALL noise

club passes were an extra £25 per person and wasn’t worth it.Entertainment not great and lots of kids in club house.

great location restaurants within 20 minutes walk.3 good pubs that done great food and a great Indian restaurant only 10 minutes walk away.

Prices at the bar could have been better. Couldn't book swimming for whole of stay, would have been better if we could pre book but we went with a private owner. If you book with haven you have an advantage and can pre book before you get to the park. Kids club could have been better ie crafts and games for the kids. Mattresses in caravan very uncomfortable could feel springs and very hard. Ironing board was a mini one and only place to plug in was on bed and stooping over. Dvd player working but purple screen. Took a while for gas grill to get working. Would have been better to have a list of how to turn heating on, keep gas grill lit. Etc

Location was good, cleanliness on park. Entertainment good for kids. Quiet relaxing park. Caravan was nice, home from home, had everything needed for a short stay. Games, books etc.

A) Golf course is turning into a doggie walking disaster. B) Lots of effort put into the importance of app for ordering food but it's totally not required. All the staff that I spoke to agreed. Apart from those two issues I really enjoyed my stay. Love Pagham

The site and everything is to hand in Pagham. Lots of walking and running.
