Wasn't expecting the steep drive up to property. Walking into town okay, but had to get a taxi back.

My Daughter commented that she had best nights sleep, and wanted to know what the mattress was. Nice out look with landscaping at the back, Hot tub was great. House was immaculately clean and furnished with a real eye to detail. Beautiful. Thank you for the welcome basket!

no en suite for downstairs bedroom, no dressing table either, no where to put anything! not enough spare toilet roll. garden smelt like a dogs toilet at times!

The house is everything you need and more. Great location, clean, modern all mod cons. Beautiful garden with excellent facilities. Although a BBQ wasn’t part of the amenities the owners arranged for one to be left in the garden for us to use. 10/10

The only issue was parking. The house has 3 spaces but there was confusion about other cars and where we could park.

We liked the quiet but convenient location for accessing the town centre. It was a bonus that there was plenty of parking for our family gathering. We liked the layout of the house. The decor was well maintained and beautifully done. Everything felt fresh and clean like a show home; but was homely and comfortable. We loved the dining room with the stained glass window. The bedrooms were tastefully presented with comfortable beds, bedding and pillows. The bathrooms were excellent. Spotlessly clean, with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. The outside area was secure and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The utility room was great for soggy dogs. We didn't need to use the playroom, but wow what a space for families with children/teenagers. The gift hamper was very much appreciated together with the basics provided for making hot drinks. Perfect. Thank you.

Only thing that isnt great is the parking if you were to take multiple cars but im clutching at straws for what is a great place to stay.

The driveway was covered in ice ? My wife and I are both in our late sixties and we had our little granddaughter who is ten months old so made it a bit hard to get down the driveway . ( that’s the only negative) loved it will be going back 👍

The lock box was right beside the door and worked first time, no messing about making sure we arrived exactly on time etc much better than meeting someone in person. The property was absolutely lovely, slept us all very comfortably, there are 3 showers in the property so we could all get ready and not waiting around for ages for people to finish their showers. The 2 twin rooms were lovely as well. The best thing about the property was the kitchen diner, it was perfect for people to be in the kitchen cooking and everyone else sat round the table in the same room, the table was huge and perfect for our group. Very central location, the town centre was walkable. Very very happy with our stay. Thanks Claire

USB ports in the plugs would have been the only thing and that's only if we were to be fussy.

The location was just enough away from the centre to be quiet . Close enough to walk everywhere. Never used the car until going home.

Everything was exceptional

Everything about this property was exceptional. we were a family of 5 adults and 4 children. All our needs were met from a well equipped kitchen, beautiful garden, along with everything needed for small children. we will definitely be staying here again.

the keys weren't in the locked box, luckily after a while we tried the door which was left unlocked, slight panic
