Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PakistanI would suggest the keyboxes be numbered for clarity. Also, there should be kitchen roll in the kitchen if we are expected to clean up after ourselves.
Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy tram access despite the quiet neighbourhood. Good value for money and responsive owner with clear communication. I had an issue with accessing room keys but owner responded in time and sorted it timely.

It was a very clean accommodation throughout and very homely and comfortable. It is extremely well equipped, all needs covered. Despite being far from the city centre, public transport is nearby and frequent.

There was no reception to greet us, being an older couple we needed an 'A' level to access the key, after about 20 minutes on the doorstep in pouring rain we finally cracked open the key holder (not literally). We also had to park on the road, so walking back to house made us further wet. It would have been nice if we could park in the drive, but, we were unsure and couldn't contact anybody to ask. The stairs are very steep. TV was tiny although it was nice to be able to access Netflix. Bath had scum around the plughole left by a previous user, and I nearly slipped up in the bath having a shower. There are countless notices everywhere to clean up after yourselves and to be thoughtful of other house users. There was also a very strong food smell in the house. Would we stay there again? No!

United KingdomTotal misrepresentation, you can’t drive in the gate, if you did get in you can’t turn around as no room.No information on parking, bad bend yet you are expected to get out of your car and open a gate on a blind bend, double parking everywhere, extremely dangerous. And to top it off, the building looked like Bates Motel. Not a very professional owner, please avoid
