Car parking is on the street which is not so safe.. you can park car inside but my car was big and difficult to pass it thru gate.

Cleanliness, the instructions to check in were very clear.

Everything was good with the exception of 1 toilet and bathroom that was shared/communal for 4/5 rooms

Google map kept on confusing us when we were trying to locate the house

The house was very neat and tidy, had literally everything you need in a home which made it very comfortable. My best part was the kitchen.

Would have preferred curtains on the windows, was quite bright at night with just blinds. The garden is a bit of a mess and there is currently scaffolding out the front of the house which is right in front of the windows of the bedroom I was in.

Clean and cosy, modern, feels like an actual home. Great kitchen. Tv with Netflix.

Water bottles provided in room had been filled from the tap as the seals were both broken, so not fresh.

Garden could do with a spruce up, and possible be used for free parking in future. Side roads was fine to park on though close by.

Unexpected breakfast tray. Very good. Room decor. Ease of communication. Clear instructions for key availability. Free towels, eye mask and shower gel. Great value for money, close to where we needed to be.

I would suggest the keyboxes be numbered for clarity. Also, there should be kitchen roll in the kitchen if we are expected to clean up after ourselves.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy tram access despite the quiet neighbourhood. Good value for money and responsive owner with clear communication. I had an issue with accessing room keys but owner responded in time and sorted it timely.

Being on the 2nd floor and having to go downstairs to the bathroom.

It was a very clean accommodation throughout and very homely and comfortable. It is extremely well equipped, all needs covered. Despite being far from the city centre, public transport is nearby and frequent.

The area was slightly rough, and unless we opened the gates ourselves we may have needed to park on the roadside

There was no reception to greet us, being an older couple we needed an 'A' level to access the key, after about 20 minutes on the doorstep in pouring rain we finally cracked open the key holder (not literally). We also had to park on the road, so walking back to house made us further wet. It would have been nice if we could park in the drive, but, we were unsure and couldn't contact anybody to ask. The stairs are very steep. TV was tiny although it was nice to be able to access Netflix. Bath had scum around the plughole left by a previous user, and I nearly slipped up in the bath having a shower. There are countless notices everywhere to clean up after yourselves and to be thoughtful of other house users. There was also a very strong food smell in the house. Would we stay there again? No!

Although the area isn’t the best in Nottingham, I felt very secure as there is fencing around the property and secure locking. In regards to the actual house, I was very impressed with the cleanliness and also the fact it was very peaceful and quiet.

Total misrepresentation, you can’t drive in the gate, if you did get in you can’t turn around as no room.No information on parking, bad bend yet you are expected to get out of your car and open a gate on a blind bend, double parking everywhere, extremely dangerous. And to top it off, the building looked like Bates Motel. Not a very professional owner, please avoid
