Trendy hotel with a few downsides.

The rooms are way too small for two people, with no space to store your luggage, especially if you have extra clothing. A downside is that you have to request room cleaning yourself, under the guise of 'it's good for the environment and we donate a contribution to charity', but I believe it's more about cutting costs as much as possible.

The hotel is well-located and easily accessible. The common areas are very spacious and cozy, with several nooks where you can relax comfortably, and the staff is very friendly.

The price was rather expensive and I would not normally pay this price. I'd definitely go more often if the price was more affordable. In todays climate, where money is tight for many, it would be better if things were a little less pricey and people would actually go out more.

Room was just the right size, bed was so comfortable and showers were amazing. Breakfast was great. Really liked how the car park at the bus station is partnered to give patrons a cheaper option. The government clearly don't want any motorists parking in the city and this is a great incentive for patrons to re-visit with the knowledge their car is safe and secure.

Having to control everything on an ipad was a but of a pain. Changing tv channels etc took much longer. I thought there might be tea/coffee in the room which was a disappointment.

Breakfast was really good. Location was very central. Room was quirky and very comfortable.

What we needed. A good bed for the night in a decent hotel in the center of Glasgow.

Check in was a pain. Room booking was not working in system even though reception copuld see we had a booking. took 10-15 mins to sort out at the end of a long journey. Parking to unload bags was also a challange.

All fine. Only surprise was that the bed took up the whole width of the room so to get out of bed one person had to climb over the other.

Pleasant enough stay but would have been better with more communication about the low emission zone

Was not told about how expensive the car park that's recommended is or the fact that if you drive into the area where the hotel is, it is a low emission zone and will get a fine for driving in if your vehicle does not meet the standards. The cost of food and drink in the hotel is very high. I had a cup of tea that cost nearly £4 but at every other hotel, tea and coffee tends to be free. There is a nisa shop across the road but again seems more expensive than other shops and doesn't have the best selection (yes, I get the hotel can't do much about that). When controlling the lights from the iPad, you cannot control each individual light or set of lights, it's pretty much all or none. You also can only control the TV with the iPad which is very clunky. You can use chrome cast to play what you want but again it's not the easiest to use

Very comfortable room with nice big bed. I like that everything is controllable from the iPad in the room. Check in process was very very easy and had staff on hand to help. The cost of the stay itself is very reasonable. Although we were not told about the hotel being inside the low emission zone, there is a cheap subway system a few minutes walk from the hotel. My advice would be to park outside of the LEZ and use the subway to get to the hotel.

Breakfast too expensive and sadly not going to use the hotel again as no tea/coffee station. Even a basic kettle and no frills tea/coffee available would be a game changer for us.

We like the location, close to two choices of parking, easy to get to when jct 17 open. Not this weekend sadly but easy to get to via jct 18 too. Like the staff and the bar.
