To be honest, rooms are 'ruthlessly functional' with chairs not designed for in-room comfort. Bed occupies all of the room width towards the window, making it a bit of a 'mountaineering' expedition getting in to bed! But we are older, and I guess our climbing practice days are less frequent.

Staff courtesy and attitude was very good. Standard of attention to detail in cleanliness was high.

The TV didn't work, the electronic controls for the lights, blinds and curtains only worked intermittently. The room had a decidedly battered feel to it. We were there to sleep, so it didn't matter to us - but it might to you.

Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Funky room controls were novel - took a little getting used to. Location excellent. Artwork and descriptions entertaining.

great trendy feeling hotel, lots of great communal spaces, really comfy beds and pillows, and very techy rooms that allow you to change the light colours. rooms are perfect for solo travellers. Breakfast really good quality.

There was not quite enough space to work comfortably in the room. And there were no tea/coffee making facilities which, for a single traveller who does not eat breakfast, was a bit of a shame.

Check-in was smooth, easy and friendly, even though I arrived very late. The bed was very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the Chromecast function - helped save my evenings, and the amount of EU friendly sockets.

The rooms are way too small for two people, with no space to store your luggage, especially if you have extra clothing. A downside is that you have to request room cleaning yourself, under the guise of 'it's good for the environment and we donate a contribution to charity', but I believe it's more about cutting costs as much as possible.

The hotel is well-located and easily accessible. The common areas are very spacious and cozy, with several nooks where you can relax comfortably, and the staff is very friendly.

The price was rather expensive and I would not normally pay this price. I'd definitely go more often if the price was more affordable. In todays climate, where money is tight for many, it would be better if things were a little less pricey and people would actually go out more.

Room was just the right size, bed was so comfortable and showers were amazing. Breakfast was great. Really liked how the car park at the bus station is partnered to give patrons a cheaper option. The government clearly don't want any motorists parking in the city and this is a great incentive for patrons to re-visit with the knowledge their car is safe and secure.
