Bathroom feels a bit sterile-futuristic, if that's your thing.

Very smoothe check in, super comfortable bed, great for one night for solo travel. The "dream" mood actually knocked me out for 10 hours.

I really did not like not having a tea kettle in the room. For me it is such a comfort issue that that’s the sole reason why I would not stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel out of curiosity. I liked the vibe of the lobby/restaurant. The breakfast was good. The bed was great.

Normally you find a kettle and some coffee/tea bags in the hotel rooms. Here there were none. The hotel has a bar/cafe in the lobby where you can buy coffee/tea. We didn’t appreciate this amenities missing

Temperature in the room, far too warm with airco not properly cooling room temperature. Will not stay there when traveling in summertime.

Everything was amazing. Very nice location - close to the center but in the quite area. Borough market was around the corner. Room was very clean and modern. One of the most comfortable beds that I have slept on. Amazing price/quality ratio!

Whilst I understand the automation of the checking in and out and there were some excellent staff close to hand to help if necessary, I worry about the loss of human interaction and so I see this in a negative light but something not unique to this hotel. ALSO - I would still like tea making facilities in the room - that would be my most negative point.

The bed was excellent - very comfortable - the room whilst smaller than expected and a little compact, we pleasantly well laid out and worked fine

The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. If you are sharing with someone you don't know too well, be aware that the toilet and shower areas are only partially separated from the rest of the room.

The funky atmosphere, the enormous, comfortable sitting area around the bar. Plenty of magazines and newspapers available. The varied breakfast selection to satisfy many tastes. The hotel is close to the Borough Market and the Imperial War Museum.

Ordering food during the night at the hotel was a terrible experience. Very limited menu.

Great location. We love Bankside area. Lots of street food, super close to Borough Market, 10 mins walking distance to Southwark and London Bridge subway stations, great breakfast outside the hotel nearby. We skipped the hotel breakfast, and tried local places like The Table and Where the Pancakes Are. Also make sure to get some beer and enjoy the locals at Flat Iron Square near by. You can actually rent bikes from right across the street and ride to subway, or even some close by attractions like the London Eye or Buckingham Palace, etc.

Price of the drinks as we weren’t told until we paid!

It was so convenient in every way. Location was great, Room was exeptional and had everything you might need. Check in and check out was so easy. Staff were lovely and facilities were great.
