There were no windows to look out of in our apartment which made it quite dark. The pub garden right outside of the property is noisy until late.

Property was clean and well equipped and we were well informed prior to arrival. The bed was large and comfortable with extra pillows if needed. Good air conditioning, which was perfect in this crazy heat. Very good central location and handy (pre-booked & pre-paid) parking at the accommodation. Fuss free check in and check out.

Hand towel per person would be good. Couch not really big enough for 4 tho we were ok. Decent floor cloth needed as spilt water & hard to dry it up. Thought kitchen/living area floor was a bit sticky. Appeared to be no recycling facility

Don’t run a cold tap or flush a toilet while anyone is using one of the 3 showers as it will go cold. Shower warm rather than hot . Could have used a hanging poke in the upstairs beds in the recess . Constructive criticism rather than fault as it is beautifully presented

The only thing I didn't like was there was no windows to open, there was a big fire exit but it was alarmed and I didn't want to set it off, the apartment had aircon so if we got a bit warm we just switched that on.

I loved how clean and modern it was and how close to the city we were, how there were tea, coffee sugar and milk supplied. It was perfect size for two and the bed and sofa were very comfortable

Luxurious facilities. Had everything you could need. Beautiful decor. Excellent location and it was so quiet. Truly amazing how quiet it was. Couldn’t hear neighbours either side or the road the walls must be super thick!

dark unfortunately due to tiny windows - fine really as didn’t spend much time in it . could do with footstool as sofas quite uncomfortable. tv in bedroom remote control doesn’t work. needs towel hook on bathroom door needs beside tables /shelves for drink/phone Etc

Sloping low level upper floor ceiling. Bedroom velux window broken latch. Single room door lock sticks shut. Lack of utensils and cooking equipment. No freezer. Could do with another firm tub chair.

Location close to city walls, pubs, shops and cafes. Views were picturesque. Comfortable beds, clean and spacious. Bike store and picnic bench in well lit courtyard. 3 bathrooms. Could sleep 7 as 3 double bedrooms and a single room. 3 tvs and wifi good.

Tv difficult to use. Could have been cleaner. Especially floor. Crumbs and toys from previous occupant under sofa. We would have appreciated a hoover inside the property. We have two small children and they make a lot of crumbs!

The location is perfection. The view from the apartments is beautiful and the mews themselves are clean, comfy and perfectly sized.

Through the night three people walked on our roof and woke us up. I looked out of the skylight and they were sitting on the ridge. I told them where to go and they raced off. As a suggestion, maybe some fencing would be appropriate.

No salt and pepper? Fridge freezer in studio was much bigger than the two larger apartments - found fridge small. Some sockets not accessible due to radiators in bedroom. Couch in apt 3 could do with a proper wash

Great space and outside seating ideal in nice weather. Fantastic location - very near the centre but feels almost rural with grass and city wall. Most rooms we had had their own toilet/shower. Tea coffee and milk supplied - not expected! Bottle of prosseco also unexpected! Pub next door meant we felt comfortable sitting out having a drink as there was already noise - suited us! Thank you!
