It could do with a good dust! Especially the high windows in the bedrooms. Floor was a bit sticky.

Location was spot on. Perfect for a couple of nights away with the kids. Fairly quiet - even with the stag/hen party next door we slept well. Facilities were good. Comfy beds.

Some technical issues -turning down the thermostat was complicated and the oven and stove top had kill switches that we dint know about You had to walk past the other areas abd there was a rowdy hens party .

The bedroom with an ensuite is very snug fit, think it would be better to remove the console table to get from far side of bed to the bathroom. The pub garden right next door didn't bother us but might be quite noisy in the summer nights when you want windows open.

Location brilliant, wall almost in our front garden. Loads of good cafés and restaurants 5mins walk away. When reported iron was missing they replaced it within half an hour. All other facilities great and as described. Really helpful having a floorplan of accomodation on your website as it helped work out if suitable for my less mobile elderly dad.

Beautiful apartments, beautiful location. We were upgraded on the day for no extra cost. It was our wedding and the staff went out of their way to get me a full length mirror in the apartment. Can't thank them enough.

Bring earplugs as next to the road and pub BUT we were a group on a hen do so it didn’t matter too much as we were going to bed after the pub had closed. Showers weren’t draining well so these need to be unblocked.

The only downside of No7 apartment was that it was an attic room and hence no windows other than skylights, such a shame as it was right next to the city wall and had lovely garden area, for the other apartments, I never read this in any reviews, however it didn’t spoil the excellent location. There was a lot of noise from the pub, but earplugs sorted that!!

Fantastic central location. I chose this apartment as I was taking my parents away for a couple of days and my dad now uses a walking stick. I wanted somewhere that was close to all of Yorks amenities for him to be able to walk to, and this apartment was absolutely ideal, less than 10 mins slow walk into all the shops and York Minster Cathedral, The Jorvik Viking Centre and the Golden Tours Sightseeing bus trip.

Steep steps on to the street from the apartments ( not good for older quest and daughter with mobility issues). Noisy equipment in top bedroom (with birds on wall) - poor sleep.

There was some noise from the pub garden to the rear of the property. but nothing that caused any annoyance.

The location was perfect. .The facilties were very good inside the apartment. The check in process was smooth and the instructions given to find the key were very clear. Really useful to have access to the laundry facilities. Communication was clear throughout

There was a pub exactly next door to the apartment and it was extremely loud until later at night and kept myself, my partner and my baby awake with loud banging music. The property should have told us about a loud pub next door

The apartment was fab. Clear and concise checking in/ out details. Great 'How to guide' in the apartment. Will definitely stay again and will recommend to family and friends. The location is ideal, the Minster is a 5 minute walk.

I can’t really quote on anything bad, the only thing was that as we were staying in the end apartment we did experience some noise from next door as it was a pub, but it didn’t disturb us in any way, and the property also told us in advance about experiencing noise from there, but it was no bother.

The apartment was extremely clean, it was equipped with everything you may possibly need during your stay. Amazing location as well!
