Comfortable, clean, near the attraction and city centre, sainsbury just 300m walk. The house is splendid for 6 people in reasonable price.

It's nothing that spoiled the stay at all. There were just a couple of things that needed some attention.

It was brilliant we stayed in number 4. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of room. Location we couldn't have asked for better. Very clean and everything you need for your stay there. Even down to them leaving us coffee, tea & sugar which we didn't expect at all. As we went for NYE they had even left us a bottle of fizz which was much appreciated.

The air circulation system in the bedroom was a little noisy, but a quick message to the owners and it was sorted in no time (just take the fuse out if it disturbs you, I'm a very light sleeper so anything wakes me)

Absolutely amazing apartment (No 6), a real home from home, everything you need for a perfect stay. Extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent location

I can’t really fault anything. For information only: - The apartment we stayed in (8a) is only accessible from the roadside and furthest from the car park and the small windows do not open (apparently for security/planning reasons). The apartment was warm throughout our stay (December) which is good in the winter months, if we’d stayed longer I would have had to have figured out the heating controls as possibly a little too warm for me personally, but the rest of my family liked it.

The location was excellent and close to city centre. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We arrived 30 minutes early and the staff were at apartment 7 (Ours was 8a) and was ready so we were allowed in early which was a bonus. We also asked for an extra towel as there were 3 of us and initially thought there were only 2 provided. We did discover extra towels after they had left, but that was because we hadn’t looked properly. Tea, coffee and fresh milk was provided on arrival and the room had a large screen TV with Netflix. There was a double bed and sofa/bed which met our requirements.

The parking option next to the property, £12 charge as soon as you enter, meaning even if you drop off, you have to pay £12. Less than ideal given the road outside is double yellow lines.

The location was amazing, so close to everything and the York wall is in the back garden. Facilities were also comfy. We had 5 adults in our party; it was nice, spacious and all rooms had en-suites.

Only concern was the courtyard outside the fire escape was full of bins and equipment from the pub next door, rendering it a hazard. But that was not an issue in this instance. Paid, prebooked parking not monitored so you could still turn up and not have parking, not accommodations fault though.

Location was amazing, right in the heart of it. Great pub next door, walking distance to everything. Easy access.

The bedrooms were small and hard to move around. The en-suite bathroom was also very small

It was central location close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. It was clean and the upstairs living room/kitchen/dining room was large and good for getting together.

I’d have like hooks for coats and maybe a full length mirror but that’s being really picky.

It was immaculate, cosy and comfortable. Everything you could need was provided including milk, tea, coffee and sugar. The bed was so comfortable. TV in lounge and bedrooms. 100%

Parking, we appreciate a separate company that’s an absolute nightmare to deal with, they had IT issues and just told us to park elsewhere, really let our get away down. Beds were not comfortable, sofa not comfortable. Property really needs a lick of paint everywhere, scuff marks on all the walls in every room. Door to double bedroom sticks, got stuck in there( the 1 with en-suite ) Netflix only available upstairs. Next door pub can get really loud in a night.

there was a leak under one of the sinks in no2 which meant a toiletries bag became very wet. the rooms didn’t have enough hanging space for coat hangers and were a little cramped. the upstairs rooms did not have any hanging space. we were staying for a wedding so needed hanging for the suits and dresses.

the proximity to the centre. the layout of the rooms, the look of the apartments. the facilities within the apartments. that there was parking near by. that you could have several apartments together

Door handle on bathroom needs replacing, also the wall mirror in a bedroom was cracked. Minor niggles but could do with fixing.

The location and ease of entry was very good, liked that all rooms had tv’s. Good wifi, nicely stocked kitchen.

What a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect, clean and comfortable. We loved the little touches to make us feel at home - there was milk, butter, biscuits... The kitchen is well equipped. The check-in process was easy and we really appreciated getting a whatsapp message a few hours before to remind us of the key code. Would definitely stay again as the location is perfect for exploring the city too.

A little bit noisy in the evenings due to the pub nearby but it was quite by bedtime so no problem.
