Lift access to re enter the building could have been better but that isnt the owners fault

Owner Steve was very prompt in meeting us . He was friendly and informative about parking . Apartment very spacious Steve’s great cafe is located opposite the building and looked a fab option for breakfast too

Street entry was a bit confusing at first! A couple of the heaters I couldn’t tell if they were working as the on lights didn’t work. Would’ve appreciated tea, coffee and milk. I know it isn’t a hotel but it meant a search for a shop after a long drive.

Great view, secure parking, close to city centre and well equipped flat. Bathroom for each bedroom, and a balcony.

The main bedroom was a bit cold, which suited me and once in bed I never noticed. I wouldn't say i didn't like it, though, i was only there 1 night.

Easy booking, met at the location at a time we stated we would be there, Lisa was lovely, showed us how to get in and get out, explained the fob , keys, lifts etc. Plenty of stuff in the place, sort of leftovers from previous guests, like salt and pepper, washing up liquid etc, those little but necessary things and having them there saves you forking out for them. A lot of places chuck these things out , which is a waste and a nuisance when you need them . Loads of towels and extra bedding, if needed. Yeah, the place could do with a touch up here and there but, hey, so could my house! We only live a twenty minute bus ride away but wanted to make more of an occasion of a trip to local theatre and this place was ideal for our needs.

The only thing I had trouble with was finding the road to the car park but soon got familiar with it.

The property was excellent. It was clean, warm and very comfortable. The facilities were great and the views amazing. We were greeted in entrance and everything was explained clearly.

No heating in master bedroom but you don't really feel the cold.

Location was ideal to the city centre and all transport links. Parking provided was very welcomed. The view was amazing. Fully furnished apartment.

The location to sol it's great and centre

The process for checking in requires meeting the owner. This was made difficult and when we called the owner to see where he was we got a rude response, he was not there to meet us and claimed we hadn’t messaged to set a meeting time when we had. He asked for 45 mins notice, we gave him 90, but this wasn’t the problem it was the way he spoke to me over the phone.

Friendly host.. Apartment was very clean, comfortable beds. Good heating given the freezing weather when we were there. Allocated parking space.. Apartment is on top floor.. Lift access available. Great view of the city from the balcony.

The apartment was clean and very spacious and within walking distance of where we wanted to be. Lisa arranged to meet us and take us to the apartment and she was very helpful in telling us where different places were. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again

The lift, a few instances where it didnt work and the lifts on the other side were broken so everybody was using our lift which made it slow waiting. However we heard from the maintenance man that they would be completely changed next month.
