We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I was very happily surprised by this property. I had to book at short notice as my previous booking was cancelled due to a flood. I found this accommodation very quickly and was delighted with it. It was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. It's close to the town centre and train station so a perfect location. It has 2 decent size bedrooms and 2 toilets so ideal families or friends.

Excellent location. Parked on road but had to be away by 9.00am and that suited us OK. The flat was marvellous. Roomy with 2 bathrooms. Excellent kitchen facilities.

I loved the size and how clean and well thought out the apartment was. It was a pleasure to stay there. Everything I needed was at hand and the finish of the apartment was excellent. An absolute pleasure to stay in. 5 stars from me.

United KingdomThe flat was very cold when I arrived which made it unwelcoming. The check-in details, sent by email explained I needed to activate the heating, as I arrived at 5.30pm, the flat was cold, the heating took a while to have an effect, not as expected. It would have been much better if the heating were on a timer and was already activated when I arrived. Check in details stressed the cleanliness of the apartment, and leaving it as I found it. However, more attention to detail on cleanliness is needed - the fridge was not really clean, nor was the cutlery drawer or one of the cupboards.
Location is central to High Wycombe and the flat is as described and pictured when booked. Checking in was very straightforward and the owner kindly allowed me to park on the driveway which was very helpful.
