Coffee table would have collapsed if we put anything on it, one dining table chair had note to not sit on it as broken.

Challenges: Entry to the inner hallway door. However, the other tenants were wonderful & assisted us to overcome same. It was not clear that the implement on the key ring needed to be used to gain entry. A second set of keys wouldn’t go astray for this two bedrooms apartment to facilitate people to go in separate directions if required. Sofa bed very poor not suitable for use. Considering the size of the en-suite bedroom, a larger bed could be accommodated even a king size. The bed appeared to be v small. The apparatus for Heating adjustments need review as they do not appear to function adequately for the various rooms.

Proximity to the Christmas markets: 7 minutes walk using Sat Nav! We had originally booked for 5 adults, however the apartment is only suitable for 4 people: 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The sofa bed was non- operational. The kitchen / living room was very spacious but could do with more chairs, 2 for 5 people. Sofa seats 4 people & was adequate for our needs. The kitchenette & cooker/fridge/freezer were very spacious & all worked perfectly. There appeared to be only 3 sets of towels for 5 people. We did find a 4th set in the linen cupboard but not adequate for 5. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows & cushions if required. Also extra blankets. The heating system is a ‘Monday’ morning one that you need to check frequently! Close to a great local supermarket called the Co-op which is open until 2300 daily 😊. It will meet all your needs for a short stay.

It wasn’t obvious which key box was the correct one. It took a long time to find the wifi password (we found it by chance in a cupboard). There were no kitchen utensils at all so cooking was tricky. The tumble dryer filters had not been emptied which could be a fire hazard (a note asking guests to do this would help)

The location was excellent. It felt very secure. There were 2 bathrooms, the bedrooms were comfortable. It was a convenient base for the city centre. Communication was good.

Very poor communication. If you arrive with car you need to phone number to find out how to park. WiFi password under tangle of wires. No info on checkout time until emailed at 1am.

Seating outside would be good but limited space and poor view. We couldn’t find the wheelie bins to recycle rubbish. No kitchen towel/teatowel Flush packed up on day one, maintenance possible but only if we were in.

Easy access to Arena and city. Generally a nice place to stay for a couple of nights. Good communication from owner/operator.

Everything. The apartment is modern and clean and has everything we needed for our stay. Large space for our family of 4. Great communication from the host to ensure we settled in ok. Location was great.

The apartment was not up to standard. The bedding was dirty, the sofa bed was broken. There was a broken wine glass inside the cupboard which left 2 wine glasses for all 5 of us. There was no bedding ready for the sofa bed. The only bedding we could find was a stained, smelly and dirty duvet and stained and dirty pillows without duvet covers or pillow cases. The tap in the kitchen was broken. The extractor fan in the bathroom was broken. There was mould in the bathroom. The bedroom drawers were broken. There weren’t enough towels for all guests. The carpets were all stained and needed hoovering. The other duvets were smelly but with clean sheets over the top of them. There also wasn’t enough towels for all guests. We also woke up with bed bug bites. I would not recommend staying here.

There was only one set of keys (despite the booking being for five people), the mattresses were rock hard, the instructions to find the garage entrance were too vague (the garage can only be open from the inside), there were broken items (such as a lamp with a broken plug), the shower struggled to drain on the first day - so I used a plunger and (after a lot of effort) pulled out so much hair that (after gathering it up and squeezing the water out) the clump was the size of a mouse.

Location, relatively affordable (compared to other accommodation nearby), all cleaning products were provided.

The property very unclean. The carpets had visible dirt all over them. Mattress toppers had blood stains. Toilets and showers had pubic hairs in them. The shower did not drain. They had facilities to cook but no cooking oil, salt, pepper or baking trays.

The checkin information was very convoluted and unclear. Why the key boxes are on the opposite side of the building from the front door I have no idea. Getting into the foyer was easy but there was no explanation that the little black and green fob on the keys needed to be scanned to get up to the room. Getting into the basement carpark was an ordeal as I was by myself. There was supposed to be a fob on the keys to open the garage door but had been lost by the previous renters....apparently. It was only the kindness of one of the tenants that I was able to get into the car park as the box that was pictured in the checkin information was inside the garage door and I was outside. Very poor maintenance in this unit. The shower in the ensuite broke the first night. There was broken, jagged plastic surrounding the shower recess in the ensuite which my travel companion cut her toe on!!! We couldn't find the light switch to the kitchen. There were laundry bags (?dirty laundry) in one of the cupboards. Management obviously don't read reviews because someone complained that 2 of the mugs were cracked and they were still there on our visit. No teatowel to dry the dishes were used. Wouldn't waste my money staying here again.

It was a good 2 bedroom apartment within walking distance of Manchester Victoria station. Kitchen had a separate washing machine and dryer.

Maintenance was poor - one of the toilets was out of order, light bulbs were missing, only one hand towel provided for 3 people, only 4 mugs supplied, of which 2 were cracked, no teapot or milk jug, blind was broken, no mirror in twin bedroom, wet towels from previous occupants left in cupboard beside door. Lack of helpful instructions for use of appliances and disposal of rubbish. Access to the apartment when we arrived was very difficult. We only got into the building thanks to a helpful resident.

The apartment itself was lovely, though very warm. There was no guidance about heating so we did not attempt to alter the system.

The car park was hard to get into if u arrive night very darkness at the back of the flat we didn't had access until very earlier morning to parking inside the garage but the rest was OK

The location was perfec ,the apartment everything it was nice and well placed 😍 ,lovely warm softly bed we enjoyed our stayed good shops around great access to exit for M1 if u driving neighbours are very polite friendly made us feel comfortable at the flat easy to walk to shop centre too hopefully we staying more often in the future if the place will be available I'll definitely recommend to more friends and relatives and thanks to miss Adeaze Chiwoko very understanding and supportive when we all arrived and supportive she made us also feel home definitely coming soon again for weekend

it’s a bit of a faff with main door but that is no reflection on the actual property at all and there was someone in our allocated parking spot but just parked in next spot

it was beautiful everything you could need and more, the Bed was so comfy better than my own you get a lot for your money
