Was clean and quiet apart fan in bathroom- we couldn’t turn it off and it was loud at night. Overall very good place to stay.

Fire alarm at 9pm, no staff on site for a while to tell us what to do, when they did arrive communication was very limited and we were all stood around for a while unsure of what was happening and when we could go back to our rooms

Nothing not to like.

Easy to access with the app for both front and room door. Everything as expected, clean, tidy, everything working. I was a bit concerned by the size of the room from the pictures but it fit the bill nicely as a place to stay for 2 nights during the london marathon and allowed me easy access to and from the event. The 24hr costcutter over the road came in handy too, as well as the tesco express next door to it.

The en-suite was a little small and the shower screen didn’t do anything. When you have a shower the whole bathroom gets a shower too.

The room was big enough and had plenty of towels and facilities for making drinks.

The only negative point is about the poor isolation of the building. BUT earplugs are provided in every room

It's an online check-in via a Wikey link, however we had someone to speak to for late check-in support. Accommodation was as described, pretty new, clean, with all minimum requirements and services. 2 bus stops within 100m. A Tesco shop located 50m from the hotel. Few pubs and other restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Room size was a lot smaller than expected, I knew we weren’t paying for a window however due to this the room was extremely warm with no ventilation

Room was tiny, barely room to unpack suitcase. Shower spilled all over floor as the screen wasn’t big enough. No reception.

The room was too small. Also it was very disappointing that check in was after 3 p.m and check out was 10 a.m . It is really unfair that you pay for the whole day but in fact you miss a lot of hours from your stay.

The only thing i was abit annoyed about is that when me and my partner was in the room, a housekeeper used the pin and opened the door and tried to come in , I don’t know if it’s because he didn’t know we was there as we checked in early but it happened twice with two different people and it was just abit agitating, but everything else was really good

It was very difficult to get into the building. The room was very cold, the heater was not getting warm. There was a cold breeze coming through the window

Single glazed windows in such a busy neighbourhood is bad news. Ear plugs definitely needed!

Very comfy bed, good shower, lovely little touches like coffee bag and oat milk. It was all contactless - very cool!

Shower floods the whole bathroom Room was boiling. I couldn't sleep properly and the fan wasn't working properly either so it ran very loud and would not rotate - making it very hard to sleep. Nowhere to put bags. Only really suitable for a 1 night stay

My room was with no window,so between midnight and 3 am I was struggling to sleep and was loosing my breath, I had to open my door for new air to circulate into the room, turned on the fan for air, I believe the ventilator was turned off in the night, as it was just unbearable

I liked the set up simple and that's what you will need for a one night , enough space to manoeuvre
