Great location but we were a bit confused finding it as marked ARC Apartments! Lovely and clean and spacious. Great views and balcony.Lacked for nothing.Had a 2 and 3 roomed apts so plenty of space to meet up..Ciaran was easily contactable and available for our queries.

Nothing! Bit of an issue with the hot water but we managed. Ciarán was a great responsive host and allowed us to check in super early and check out late so we didn’t have to carry our cases around .

The apartment was well equipped , and close to the city centre. They were very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were big and the balcony extended all the way down each room. The view was great as we were on the top floor. Belfast is a great city with very friendly people.

I have zero complaints. This is the 4th time we've stayed with Ciaran and we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in Belfast.

The apartment is so spacious. It's really lovely. We had 7 people stay, and it was not at all crowded. Ciaran could not be more helpful and is always available should any issues arise.

Heating set to high so woke up in the morning with all heaters blasting. Not eco friendly or comfortable. Found the hearing controls but instruction for this would have been helpful and the thermostat adjusted prior to arrival considering we are out of winter now.

There was nothing to not like !!

Exceptional property !! The property manager was so helpful , even after we checked in any question was very quickly answered. The apartment has lots of room & very clean with great views. I was travelling with family ( boys 14 & 10 ) they loved the place. Walking distance to SSE Arena & Titanic Museum, also very short drive to Belfast city centre. Would highly recommend staying here for a Belfast trip.

It was great that there were some items available (olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea bags) - but it would be great to have some milk on arrival and maybe some small butter packs. The spar was on hand to get those essentials but it would make it extra special to have those items on arrival.

This apartment was minutes walk from The Titanic Museum and around a 20 mins walk into the cathedral quarter. We were upgraded the day before to the 3 bedroom apartment which was fantastic for us as we had 5 people travelling. That was brilliant. The (3 bedroom) apartment has views of the H&W cranes from the living room. In the days prior to travelling, the host, Ciaran, was superb - he gave us all the information about getting into the property and where to find the keys etc. He also helped with some handy information on taxi companies and places to visit too. It was also great to find that there was already shampoo / conditioner, and hand wash in the bathrooms, as well as washing up liquid, cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea bags etc in the kitchen area. On checkout, Ciaran messaged to check everything was ok and also he was able to give us a late check out too. Excellent.

Personally I didn't find the bed in the main bedroom very comfortable.

Ciaran was amazing and checked in on us aswel as making local recommendations. The apartment is well located for the SSE arena and Titanic museum with a short taxi or 10/15 mins walk into town. Beautiful large apartment which was well equipped along with fabulous views!

We visited for a weekend of ice hockey. It was a perfect location for what we needed. The apartment is lovely, very spacious & clean. The apartment owner is great with contact & offered suggestions for great places nearby.

Little out the way, but still away from The night life, the kitchen was better equipped than my own, spotlessly clean, slept like a baby , ideal for the museum, the best spar supermarket, we got the best breakfast to take away, the host was amazing great communication can’t wait to go back in the summer

The window in the triple room of apartment 295 didn't close properly, even when closed there was a gap between the window and wall which meant that the room was very cold. The other rooms were very comfortable and warm.

Lovely, large, spacious, well decorated apartments. The host was very friendly and helpful and was on hand to answer any questions or queries that we had. Great showers, hot water on demand. Super kitchen facilities for cooking and plenty of plates/ crockery etc for a large group. The location was really lovely. It is near the harbour, and within throwing distance of the Titanic museum. There is a large shop with all of the basics conveniently located nearby and a great coffee shop around the corner. There is a nice walkway along the harbour and the area feels cosmopolitan and safe. Its a short taxi journey to the city centre. Its also walkable in good weather and flat shoes! There are appointed car spaces for each apartment in the underground carpark, which is accessible by lift to the apartments. A great place to stay with friends for a weekend away. Would also suit families.

Excellent stay at this property which we booked on the day of arrival after the property we had booked (a year ago) fell through. Our host Ciaran was our saviour from being left homeless in Belfast on New Years Eve. He provided us with lots of local knowledge and checked in that we were doing OK knowing that we had been stranded. Would highly recommend this property (one of the best we've stayed in). Walking distance to everything we wanted to do and great views from the balcony. Property was clean and well equipped. We felt very spoilt in this fabulous penthouse in Belfast.
