There was an awful smell of sewage in the room. To be fair, the staff did their best to relocate us to a similar room that was OK.

The view was fabulous, overlooking castle beach. The hotel is only a short walk away from the town centre.

I sometimes have trouble sleeping and at the time of my stay it was quite humid-however this was not all down to the hotel but quite a few people on the last night of my stay who had evidentely been in Tenbys bars and hence came back late chose to make a lot of noise on their arrival back and sounded as if they were on my floor-maybe some polite notices to keep the noise down would be of use?

The room was nice it may not have met everyones expectations being a bit basic and on the top floor but you had a great veiw across to caldey island and I was using it as a base for walks, etc around the area. I didnt book in for breakfast at all but the dining area always looked busy probably a bit too busy for my liking but thats me. Staff were always friendly and helpful with everything I asked about.

That the kitchen wasn't open got meals Didn't think the room was worth what we paid especially with no breakfast included. Also thought the room could have been cleaner as we found an unopened needle in the room as well as labels that hadn't been cleaned away.

It was cheap and cheerful We went to the entertainment on the Saturday and the singer was fab and everyone was friendly

Breakfast wasn’t the best I’ve had.

The property is not trying to be something it’s not, it’s 2 star but the beds were comfy spotlessly clean, staff always helpful and a good pint.

Mattress to soft no fruits can’t think of anything else as new thing for me .

I was hoping for fruit at breakfast but was pleased to have extra poached egg without asking. My bedroom smelt freshly cleaned . Your staff are polite and uncomplicated which is very good because it helps me ‘settle in’ your single beds more affordable for me!

The toilet (Men's) hand dryer was not working throughout our stay; hand towel provided ran out and floor became wet.

We had a sea view on the 3 Floor; and were also able to use a lift which was a help when transporting our suitcases. A lovely sea view.

it was a little basic but it did what it needed to do. Walls are very thin and I didn't appreciate the conversation in the room next door at midnight

Room 307 only has a plastic bifold door which does not give much privacy when in use if you get my drift.

The bathroom door didn’t fit the frame properly so had to be pulled hard in order to shut which often resulted in a loud bang which was not ideal during the night.

It was a lovely comfortable stay for the price paid. The location was excellent with roadside parking directly outside (usually a free space available at night) with a pay and display car park a 100 metres away. The evening entertainment was good and the bed was comfortable.

Our room was small, curtains from the '70s but all clean. Went on a weekend when international rugby was on so the bar was full of rowdy locals during the day, they disappeared in the night because only residents get served after 7.

We've stayed here before, an old and clean hotel with a nice bar and evening entertainment aimed at the over 70s. They allow pets so our dog was happy. Hotel is right on the sea front with a small bar across the road and overlooking the sea.
