Laundry detergent was confusing for front loading washer. Door for the lift was noisy at times.

Apartment was comfortable, kitchen had everything needed. Apartment warmth was good for the visit to cool London. Location very good in Mayfair/Park Lane area. Luggage storage and delivery to the room appreciated!

We had noisy neighbours who stomped around both nights.

The apartments are in a brilliant location, minutes from Green Park underground station and a 15 min walk to Regent and Oxford St. Well presented, comfortable and immaculately clean. Easy access using a key safe and a quick phone call for the code.

I feel the photos are slightly outdated as the flat we were in looked slightly run down. And there were no coffee pods in the kitchen. The towels were too small too. We were also only provided a blanket and not a duvet for my brother.

We liked the location, the fact it was walking location to everything we needed. I liked that the staff were on the other end of the phone for any problems and were very accommodating when we needed to check out later than planned. I loved how private the balcony was. The bed was beautifully comfortable and I slept well.

It was a little chilly - I couldn't get the bedroom wall heater to work but was OK. I also the shower was pretty fiddly but a quick call and the host pointed me in the right direction. Probably more me than anything else. Wifi was patchy other than in the lounge. And the kitchen could have done with a bread/cutting board. Small things that would not put me off staying again.

Spacious apartment. Clean and comfortable, and an ideal location for me, although perhaps a little 'tired'. The 'host' was great too - I was able to leave my suitcase whilst I went about my day of local meetings, and it was in the apartment when I eventually checked in.

The location of this apartment was excellent. Very close to metro and it was great to be able to walk through the parks to many attractions. The communication with staff was excellent. We were able to store our luggage before check in (and it was delivered to our apartment which was fantastic) and also after check out. The apartment was spacious clean and very comfortable.

Need to control the hot water usage as it runs out and have to wait fairly long for boiler replenishment. In winter, that wait can get desperate.

The location is very good. Close to Green Park Station, near major tourist spots such as Buckingham Palace and Piccadilly Circus. Good kitchen amenities and apartment is spacious enough. Staff is responsive and very helpful.

Couldn’t get in contact to collect keys I think I was in a room that’s been complained about in another review as the bed slats weren’t right and there was a piece of laminate across the slats a fix that didn’t actually work on the final day even though checkout time escapes me I had text after text and phone calls about leaving earlier than the checkout time. There is also a lot of building work going on at the moment so if your disabled there isn’t a lift it’s also noisy in the morning due to works going on which is ok for me but maybe not for others

The property could do with some repairs, for example the taps on the bath didn’t work, only the shower did so we couldn’t give the children a bath, only a shower and some things could be updated but considering the price, none of this really bothered me too much. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

The location was amazing! So central and walking distance to Piccadilly, Trafalgar and Leicester Square. Amazing price for the location. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very spacious with high ceilings, Netflix, Disney + and prime were also all available to watch. We had a lovely stay. The staff were also very accommodating and provided everything we needed without hesitation. Would recommend.
