Breakfast was awesome. The hosts were fabulous - very friendly, helpful, and personable, greeting you by name when they saw you. This was a very comfortable and safe accommodation, especially for a single traveler. I rate them as an 11 on a scale of 1-10.

Very welcoming and informative. As I was leaving for work early, I was given a pack lunch by the owners which was much appreciated. Very nice couple felt who made me feel welcome.

Lovely guest house in a good location, close to Dunfermline, about 10 minutes drive. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the rooms clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Cannot fault it.

Hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was compact but fine for a couple of days and the shower was good. The room got a little bit warm after showers as the main window was a little bit small but not a deal breaker. The small fridge in the room was a handy addition and the residents lounge was comfortable with plenty of books and magazines if you need to pass a bit of time before going out and don't want to sit in your room. Plenty of off-street, private parking.

The WiFi was a bit slow on the day I had to "work from home" but honestly this is a nit-pick, the WiFi was otherwise perfectly suitable and it was not a major inconvenience.

A lovely cosy cottage perfectly located for a comfy stay near my placement location. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the little touches to make the stay more pleasant and convenient. Thank you for a truly lovely stay!

I have arthritis and felt the duvet was on the heavy side for me, but blankets were provided and I could have used those instead. Not the fault of the owners.

very clean and the owners were super nice people. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful and provided extra breakfast for our daughter and partner even though they didn’t stay at the guest house. The room we were given was on the small side but had everything we needed and was comfortable with a good shower with comfortable beds.

After a nightmare booking with booking.com I BOOKED HERE LAST MINUTE. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Everything about this guest house is great. I cannot fault it. Thanks for everything see you again maybe.

What a little Gem. Travelling by motorbike, some places can find this off putting. None of that here. The hosts were very friendly, pointed out somewhere safe for my bike and then welcomed me in and let me know where everything was. My room was at the front which does overlook a main road, but shielded. The noise from the road wasn't intrusive. I managed to sleep better than usual when I'm away, and the price was well below anything else in the area. Brilliant thank you both very much

Nothing at all, even the weather was in our favour. Sorry to disappoint but I’ve no criticism.

The location was ideal for sightseeing it was central to everywhere we visited and conveniently placed near a train station which made visiting Edinburgh really easy. The breakfasts were superb, all tastes and requirements catered for, thoroughly spoilt. The room was cozy and comfortable. If there was anything missing I didn’t notice but if you asked Colin and Suzanne were only too happy to help. We did have a problem with our vehicle and Colin went the extra mile, literally, in order to help us out by giving my husband a ride back from the garage. All the staff had a brilliant knowledge of the area which was helpful when deciding where to go and what to see.
