Environmentally speaking, there was no need to change the towels every day, but all the rest was perfect.

The hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay in London. Its great location and metro connection make it perfect to enjoy London. Our room was perfect and they took care of all the details (including a nice message for our anniversary). The staff, facilities and breakfast were superb, and the value for the price was also very good. We’ll more than likely repeat on our next visit!

The coffee in the room could be a bit better. It would be nice to have a toilet brush.

Almost everything was as good as we expected. The room was quiet and cosy. The coffee at the restaurant was very good as well(unlike the coffee in the room). The food we had at breakfast was good as well. The hotel is located in a nice central area, but it was quite quiet in the room in spite of that. Also, the tap water was very good and we didn't feel the need to drink any other kind during our stay (we usually drink bottled water)

the only inconvenience during the stay was related to road works, on Friday night you could hear the work of heavy machinery, and in the morning there was construction work in the building opposite the hotel

We were very surprised by the fact that we had "difficulty" reaching someone each time we called on the phone. We tried several times and at different times of day...it was mostly unpleasant because we needed directions but couldn't reach anyone!

We liked everything, the room was of good size and the bed and mattress were excellent.

Self check in is depersonalised and also led to issues with breakfast and room. While the issues were resolved, I think an in person check in would have prevented them.

The mattress was a little bit soft for our liking and we do not fancy a shared blanket.

It was very clean and looked very nice. Check in and check out very easy. We asked for a room that is not on the ground floor and bait facing the street and we got exact what we requested!

Didn't have option to open your Netflix account on the TV but not a big problem given we didn't spend much time in the room.

The hotel doesn't provide you with an adapter, if you come from an European country, you have to buy an adapter. There are some constructions on the opposite side of the road, the roads are closed. I was in weekend and I didn't hear any noise, because they were not working, but during weekday, I assume it is noisy.

The room was big and cozy, the bathroom was easy to use. The bed very comfortable. The staff was helpful. Breakfast-tasty, with a variety for everyone's taste. I had even lunch at the hotel on the day of the arrival-very tasty and it came really quickly. The location is perfect-near metro station, and a walking distance to Tower Bridge.

The only thing I noticed is that the desk staff seemed pretty distant and dull. Weird for such a high quality hotel. But other than that, I have no complaints, this is rather a suggestion.

Only one option for breakfast. Would have liked an option to only have a light breakfast that cost less. Not good value for me to pay £16/20 for some cereal/porridge and a bit of fruit . I popped to a nearby Pret ( there are 2 nearby) for some porridge. Pillows were a bit small.
