The location for us was perfect, a nice 10mins walk into the centre so nice and quiet. The accommodation was so nice and again perfect for 2 adults, clean with everything you need. Lovely little touches. Wish we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely book here again. The price was very reasonable. Correspondence with the staff was excellent, and they were helpful and friendly.

I was in No. 60 apartment 2 on the ground floor. I can't speak for the others. I think some people would find the bed uncomfortable as the mattress is a bit hard. I'm sure it was done for a reason but I think the way the apartment was laid out is a little curious for such a small space. Overall though I would probably stay again.

Overall I had an enjoyable stay here. These apartments were evidently refurbed to a modern standard in the last few years. It was warm with a central heating system. The wifi was decent enough. I had a fairly comfortable stay. The parking outside you do have to pay to park but finding a space was never a problem. Its a very good location for exploring York for a few days - I think York itself lends itself more to visiting on the train than by car. You can walk to the Minster in 10 minutes from the front door, and pretty much everything in York from the railway museum to the city walls are all a comfortable walk from here. The shower was good with plenty of pressure and hot water.

Parking was expensive and not guaranteed as there were no allocated parking spots.

Clear instructions sent ahead of time. It took 10 minutes to walk into the city. Supermarket close to hand.

The TV kept disconnecting from the remote so resetting it was a bit annoying every time. Also there could have been more tea bags.

The location was brilliant just a short walk into York centre. The apartment was beautiful, decor was very stylish. Everything you may need is supplied and also milk, tea, coffee and a few snacks was a lovely surprise.

The collection of keys was very simple with good clear instructions. The apartment itself was great very clean and everything that you could need. The location was also great close enough to York centre but far enough away to be quiet. Will definitely use these apartments again

Great location and very clean and comfortable. There was everything there for our comfort. Both bedrooms had bathrooms which was really handy. Few minutes walk and we were in York so a perfect location. Would like to stay again, for a bit longer next time to see more of beautiful York. Great apartment, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Dishes still in dishwasher still dirty. No recycling facilities.some of crockery and utensils in cupboard also needed a wash before we could use them. Shower in en suite could be better.

Location is excellent, quiet street in nice area, only 10 minute walk to town. Size of rooms was brilliant. Nice decor. Great information booklet, and the chocolate and milk is a lovely touch.
