The bathroom was really tiny with a micro sink and low ceiling, similar to those found on cruise ships. You could make do for a short stay. The bedding situation wasn't optimal, we had one queen bed and a sofa bed, also queen in size - the sofa bed was made of leather and you'd have to lie down on leather cushions, it was rather bumpy and not very comfortable. I'd suggest to maybe use sofa beds that have more of a mattress when you open them.

Good location, less than 10min walking from Paddington and a slightly shorter walk from Bayswater (with a kid). Several bus routes were also within easy reach. Our split level was ok for a family of 3, although it looked bigger from the pictures. Just the bathroom was really tiny, but ok for a short stay when you are spending most of the day out and about. We only used the kettle to have breakfast in, so cannot comment on other appliances or the kitchen. Easy check in and check out and easy access to the building, safe area. We could leave our bags on our last day. I think for the going pricing of accommodation in London this was value for money all considered, even with a couple minor faults

Amazing location in a pretty area. The architecture of the houses is fabulous. It’s quite in the evening and very well located to transport and places to visit. There are many cafes nearby. Everything was great. The room is perfect, comfy and well equipped.

The apartment is beautiful, complete with kitchen utensils for cooking. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was breezy. Highly recommended. Would stay here again if i visit London in the future.

The bathroom was very small and didn't have a surface to put anything on, which meant we had to leave everything outside of the bathroom, including the toothpaste. It would have been great to have somewhere to hang the hand towel. There was just a place to hang the bath towels, which was above the toilet, but nothing near the sink to dry your hands with.

Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back! The location is great, the neighborhood seemed safe, the staff was super nice and the place itself was beautiful. We felt very comfortable there.

The bed in the bedroom is not comfortable and very loud. Also, the cigarettes smell very easily got into the room through the windows at nightime. I’m not sure if there is anything to do about that, so better keep the windows shut at night.

The property is in silent location with a good sound proofing. There were many toiletries, which was convenient.

I booked two rooms/apts for myself and family. My other family wanted to stay up closer to Paddington. It is a walk to the property, in mostly a residential neighborhood. I was positive I booked totally refundable--the property as early as 5days before our stay would not refund money for the unused room/apt when it became apparent that an elderly family member did not want to walk to the apartments. There are 3 stairs in the lobby to the elevator, so if you need a wheelchair its not a property to recommend.

This property is like new. Everything was like brand new. Some of the plugs where USB, so that was a big plus. They have a brand new LARGE elevator in the lobby. I was quiet. Impeccably clean property.

No mirror in the bedroom, to dry your hair at. Bed pushed right against 2 walls, so you have to crawl out the bottom of the bed.
