The bathroom roof was covered with mould, the main living room couch was dirty and uncomfortable and the entrance corridor smelled like urine.

Unfortunately the property, although in a great location, was not suitable to be rented out.

It was warm during our stay but cool at night, unfortunately keeping the windows open on a Saturday night wasn't conducive to a good nights sleep because of the street traffic. Close the windows and it was dead silent. We needed a fan.

The property was exactly as stated, clean, and in a GREAT location. It was super convenient, walking distance to so much AND close to major tube stations. With the windows closed it was quiet. Check in was a breeze and it was easy to find. Management was also responsive to our request.

The tv aerial didn't have good reception. I needed to mount it on top of a broom to get better coverage.

The apartment is in a great location in central London and close to Goodge St tube station. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs and shopping nearby. The apartment is very modern, clean and comfortable. There were a few small issues that were addressed by management when notified, which was great. Overall it was a great place to stay.

There were a few things to be improved; for instance, there was no curtain/shade in the living room during our stay, which was annoying, but the assistance team confirmed that it would be sorted out for future visits. The boiler was a bit loud in the living room, which might need to be considered for someone who would sleep on the sofa. We did not use the dining table at all as we found it uncomfortable; the coffee tables are not ideal, but they did the job. In our personal opinion, there were too many objects (vases) in the space, but this is just a detail.

We had a great time in this property and enjoyed our stay in London; the location is perfect, a 10min walk from Soho and a 5min walk from Oxford street. There is lots of transportation around. The apartment is ideal for two people; spacious, with good heating, and the bed is very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Thank you to the assistance team for being very responsive.

General impression? No proper maintenance is being done. Things have just been left to slide into disrepair. Specific points Horrible stark overpowering bleach smell throughout flat finally tracked down to bucket and mop behind TV. Missing blind from lounge window means no privacy. Security catches on windows broken, poor security. Bed slats improperly fitted, some loose, some upside down, collapsed, had to be refitted. No bedroom light switchable from the bed. Bedside light wonky skew. Bedroom stand light switch/fader doesn't work. Standalone vertical "pipelight" in lounge skew/broken.Glasses and cups not properly clean. Dishwasher tray doesn't fit so dishwasher spray cannot revolve. Impossible to follow rubbish disposal instructions. There are no bins. Or the bin door is locked and I have no key for that. Everything that can rub up against everything has rubbed. Re-decoration necessary so that appearance matches photos.

Nothing to complain

The flat reflected what was represented in booking.com advert. Location is excellent and nearby to Goodge street underground and Tottenham Court Rd undeground which made transportation really easy. Lots of stores within a short walking distance (ie Tesco, M&S, Pret a Manger) including halal eateries Pastation KFC, HiFive kebab and Italian Guys which is super convenient for a Muslim family. I studied in London and have been back on many holidays but this is the best accomodation so far. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to London and have recommended this place to my friends. Plus check in and check out was easy and the staff responded promptly to queries. Facilities also in good working order.
