Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

check-in was straight forward and fast, no issues. rooms were clean and comfortable with amazing views, great location right on the beach front. The guy serving drinks at the bar was very friendly and bubbly made ordering a drink fun. They also had bingo and some entertainment in the evening but we didnt stay for this as we went out.

Cheers to Cliffe Norton for offering a single twin room for solo travellers who don't want to always pay 2x the price for a double room with only one person in it! As a frequent solo adventurer, I really appreciate the availability of a single room. This made my stay a GREAT value for the money. Additionally, the location of this hotel was unbeatable - Ocean-front, and a super short walk to all the best parts of Tenby.
