The fan in the bathroom was so noisy… obviously broken. It must have been so annoying for guests near our room. It really was loud. We didn’t complain because we were only there a few nights.

Breakfast was ok. Loved the location. I asked for a sea view… I wanted to be able to sit and look out at the sea and beach and that’s what I got…perfect.

No entertainment Saturday quiet night bit silly and think the no more bread at dinner was a bit not fair.

Lovely hotel nice staff very helpful, but although it was lovely food good and good value we asked for a second roll with my partners meal as he had loads of pate with these few little pieces of Melba toast but got told no more roll I didn’t understand that but then the lady did bring him some more Melba toast but you just can’t have any more rolls.Also the entertainment on Friday was good but why do quiet night on Saturday the main night of a weekend when then Sunday you have entertainment when all the coach people have to get up and leave very early so no one would really be interested on a Sunday when most getting up early to go home on the Monday where as Saturday would be great as not many go home Sunday but apart from that very good but no refill of sugar coffee etc when we went out the room but we managed anyway as we asked at reception for some and no problem there.

This building has a grand central staircase which could do with a little TLC In some places.and could be better lit

Excellent location over looking North beach stayed in room 61 at the top of the hotel,Narrow steps for the last flight . land facing but a pleasant enough view over the rooftops. A night size room well decorated. A nice new spacious bathroom. The room was warm even with no heating on ..all staff friendly .didn't try the breakfast as there was a coach trip in.Worth another stay.

Excellent location, friendly & helpful staff. The room was large & the beds (bonus small bed in our double room) were comfortable. The view was cracking! All in all, would be more than happy to stay here again.

Carpet was a bit dirty, looked like some maintenance work had been done but not cleaned up after... Otherwise very clean room.

Great location, nice room with beautiful view of tenby harbour. Breakfast was lovely too.

Would have been nice to have the option of breakfast. Was told the bar was open till 11 only to return at 10 for a drink to find it closed.

Room was clean. Had rooms next to each other as requested. Location is brilliant.

Wallpaper was coming off in a few places and had just been painted over, chipped bath. Only 1 bath and hand towel in the room for 2 people. No coffee only tea when we got there so had to ask for some. Even then it wasn't nice coffee. Breakfast (traditional) 1 piece of bacon- burnt, tiny sausage. Toast was cold. Very unorganised when it came to breakfast.

View was lovely, room was comfortable and warm.

Hotel deco well outdated, peeling wallpaper, draughty room windows, bird excrement on the windows, I know it is a seaside resort but the stains had been there a long time

The view was amazing, breakfast enjoyable, breakfast staff went the extra mile for your needs.

The room i was given had the most incredible view. To be honest, it was the best bit of my whole trip. Excellent. Waking up with the harbour and sea view made me very very happy.

Breakfast very poor standard and restaurant staff ignored covid guidelines and tried to sit us at a table with strangers. No parking so long walk with cases from public car park. Hotel bar poor. Poor choice of wines.

The food and no organisation at meal times the staff was short staffed. Door lock difficult to open. Cleaners short staffed I booked and paid for a family room with sea view through booking. Com but I was given a ordinary double room with sea room but when I asked hotel staff how I didn't have the room which I had booked and paid for they said that their head office and altered to a double room and when I said that the double room would be cheaper than family room they didn't refund any money with them saying it was the same price.

The staff was excellent under the pressure of being short staffed but all of the waiters were very helpful and friendly.

One room in particular was quite spectacular with extremely high ceilings and windows. View was magnificent, a fabulous 50th birthday stay

Primarily location and views. The hotel is dated as are aspects of the rooms but the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable with an amazing view. Personally I felt the room price inclusive of breakfast was astounding value for money considering the excellent location and standard of cleanliness in the rooms. Excellent enough for me to oversee any negative aspects

Location is perfect, fabulous view across North beach, and central to all bars, restaurants and shops.
