Nothing, to be honest.

I booked a 1-bed apartment and was given a 3-bd apartment, so that was a bonus. All bedrooms were good sized doubles, with some storage space. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, one bedroom had an en-suite and there was a shared wet room. The place was warm and the bathrooms were toasty! Good sized lounge-kitchen-diner, with sofas and chairs for relaxing and a six-seater dining table and chairs. The apartment also had a good sized balcony that you could sit out on (if it were warm enough). South Quays DLR was a 5 minute walk and it goes in to Bank, which was perfect for my commute into work. There is a Tesco 2 minutes around the corner for basics and there are bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The carpets were not hoovered for a while, which slightly ruined an otherwise awesome experience. And although we noted, that there will be 4 people staying for 3 nights, there were only enough shampoos and shower gels for two people to last a few days. Luckily there was a Tesco's round a corner.

Location! I knew the neighborhood from before, so I pretty much knew what to expect, but the reality was even better - very convenient, beautiful location. A small shop next doors was an added bonus. Superb view from a huge balcony. Apartment was very large with all the required appliances.

We didn’t ask for bedding to use the sofa bed and we couldn’t ask on arrival because the office was closed during weekends. Also, we were given only 1 set of keys because they didn’t have a key for the apartment for the second pair.

We were on the 10th floor. Really nice views, big apartment with comfortable beds and sofa bed. Very clean and tidy.

The heating is a central air system which was difficult to control. Not easy to find the building.

When we arrived we had to wait 20 minutes in the rain for someone to come to the main desk and let us in and when we left the property we had to wait for someone to come back to the desk too.

the room was perfect, plenty of space with a huge balcony. the beds were comfy and everything was clean.

Easy to check in and out, very close to Canary Wharf (10 min walk). Convenient for O2 for evening show. Lovely Lebanese restaurant not far away on wharf. Tesco express 2 mins away

Not enough chairs for everyone staying. 6 people and only 4 seats at the table and only 3 seats on the sofa/chair around the TV so couldn't all sit together comfortably.

Location was great and pretty quiet through the night. Pretty basic but had the majority of what we needed and it was great that tesco was so close! Fans available for the rooms were great.

We travelled to London for an event at the o2. Clover Court was ideally situated and the o2 is just a short tube ride away. The property itself was fantastic. Super spacious and well appointed. Having such a large balcony looking out over the docklands and beyond, especially in the evening, was such a fabulous bonus. Additionally, the service when contacting Q Apartments ahead of the booking were exemplary, and on arrival the concierge was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Top notch.

Not much I didn’t like, if I was to be picky I would think the extra large bedroom should be furnished a little more maybe a dressing table and sofa it’s an extremely large space it felt a little empty. Oh and maybe a couple more coffees but Tesco is just on the corner :)

I loved the size of the property, a fantastic size loads of space and I just wanted to move in permanently! Amazing storage space and a great apartment for long stays just wish I stayed longer than the one night :)

Was delayed by an hour to check in due to housekeeping which didn’t give us much time to get ready for the event we were attending. The apartment was a little tired on the inside and had a pungent smell of spices that was in the kitchen and sofa. Didn’t use the sofa because the smell was so strong in it.

Sound proofing of the front door could be better. Other doors slamming in our corridor were very loud at 2am in the morning.

Ventilation was poor in both apartment and stairwells / access areas. As a result is was very hot in the apartment, while fans were provided this added to back ground noise and hence difficult to sleep.
