Room was tiny indeed. Bathroom was poor. There was nowhere to put anything. Clothes or towels, etc had to be placed on the loo or on the floor. The soap container was difficult to use in the shower and had to be continually placed on the floor

Breakfast was good. Location excellent on A505 with plenty of parking space. Checkin late was allowed. The host was helpful.

Cold tap in bathroom was extremely hard to turn off (Tiger Moth) and clearly needed attention.

Toulet door was very difficult to open due to the carpet. It needs an inch taking off of the bottom of the door. More toilet roll as run out and didn’t have spare roll in the loo.

The noise from other guest. Very difficult to get sleeping with doors banging and feet stomping across the floor upstairs from 10 till after midnight from other guests. Bedding was too thick for the warmer weather. No bin emptied for our 3 day stay. Had to ask for toilet rolls and no milk replaced on 3rd day stay. Cramped ensuite.

Breakfast was very good. Clean well cooked food, but would have liked fresh fruit. Room was clean

room was an ok size slightly ont he smaller size, however the bathroom was a very small. the shower was quite small and had the hot water pipes exposed which were very hot and burnt if caught.

a bit too small bathroom and a room itself (however it has enough space for beds and wardrobe, TV and a small table) . WIFI was provided only in the pub.

We liked our English breakfast: tasty and fast served. We also liked the wine and beer served in the evening. A location is convenient if you travel by car: 4 min to Melbourne and about 20 min to Cambridge . There is a central small yard for children to play and a very large secure playground area in the adjacent field. Nights were very quiet. One-room apartments are small but warm and clean, they have separate entrances from the central yard, and paired apartments may be convenient if you travel with friends. We had a very positive experience overall.

We arrived after a long day of travelling and partying at relatives nearby. Unfortunately the room was freezing and the bathroom was far too small and cold to be in any way inviting! However the room warmed up quickly and we had a very comfortable night followed by a very adequate breakfast. Our host was excellent!

The Coach House owner was very friendly. Once we had heated our room up, it was very comfortable. The bed was great and everything was squeaky clean!

The food in the restaurant was excellent. The location is easy to find, a huge carpark
