Empty Fanta bottle under the sofa. No frying pan and no oven gloves. Also only one bin liner. The cooker hood was also very grubby.And where was our Welcome Pack? As the reviews we read...most people got one.

Walking distance of beach. Third visit to Mundesley so love the village. Clean and functional.

Spacious. n icely decorsted, comfortable. Perhaps needs a bigger table in the sitting ro9om and the bedroom side-table had three good legs but the fourth felloff. Simple repaiir needed before nect guest comes.

Nothing. But we couldn't get any terrestrial channels on the TV. Luckily, we found some good programmes on iPlayer. A tea towel would have been useful.

Good location for beach and shops. Quiet property. Pleasantly furnished flat with everything we needed for our four night stay. Very good television. The photographs on Booking.com are accurate but distorted because of the wide angle. The flat is nicer and better proportioned in real life. We liked the fact that some welcome treats were provided for us. Washing machine, iron and hairdryer provided.

Everything was just perfect for the two of us. Nice little gift set and everything seemed to work perfectly. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen was just right for two.

The location was quiet, close to the beach and had everything what we needed with a 7 year old. We were greated with a welcome gift, thank you very much!! I hope we will return soon!

Lack of terrestrial TV was initially disconcerting, but readily overcome by access to Netflix, iPlayer etc.

Flat was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The main room was light and airy. Useful small hallway for coats and boots. Location excellent for local landmarks like Blickling Hall.

The bed - the bottom sheet, although it had been cleaned was very stained in three different places and the springs of the mattress on the window side are broken

Spacious flat with all you need. Easy access to amenities, close to the seaside and parking is great. Thanks for all the goodies left. Overall, a very pleasant place, it's a shame about the bed!

Like a lot of holiday rentals we felt there could have been a couple more baking trays/pizza trays. We didn't need them during our short break but would have found them useful during a longer stay.

The flat exceeded our expectations it was in a great location, easy to find and was very peaceful. The decor was fresh & bright. The flat was extremely clean and well equipped. It was very tastefully furnished. I particularly liked the bright artwork in the bedroom. We didn't want to leave and will definitely return here.

TV! Absolute nightmare, so gave up. Need a degree in programming!!! Shower head leaks terribly. Needs replacement head. P Base of shower has black mould all the way round. Nothing in shower to put anything on, ie soap, sponge,shampoo etc. Sucker rack from IKEA a couple of quid. Nothing to assist getting out of shower. Very awkward and grab rail on toilet door frame would be an asset. Mattress a bit spongy. Could do with upgrade. Couldn't give feedback on staff. Didn't see any.

Lovely location. Very quiet and near amenities, shops, pubs, cafe etc. Ideally situated for walkers. Very tidy studio. I would definitely stay again.

Poor TV reception but fine when using Iplayer this was explained in the welcome book. Didn’t detract from anything.

Property was well equipped. Quiet location but short walk to the beach and shops. Comfortable bed. Powerful shower. Great on-site parking. Lovely gesture of welcome pack and ample tea and coffee provided.
