This property is an absolute gem. The house has been modernised to a very high standard. The open plan living room and kitchen has plenty of space. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The location is great for exploring the Snowdonia national park. Our host was very helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property for a stay whether it’s a short or long stay.

Nothing to do with the house. We went to the local pub Fairy Falls, I was so disappointed when we got there as it only serves Indian food. I was so looking forward to some good pub food after a long day walking. There was a place closer to the house, Princes Arms, but it was fully booked, so I suggest booking in advance.

Beautiful house, so much bigger than I expected. Beautiful location. The beds are super comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Neighbours are lovely and friendly. Would definitely come back, but for longer next time. The house is perfect!

Couldn't figure out how to turn on chimney under TV, but I was too lazy to ask the owner. Thermostat could be adjusted a little for colder months (9°C set for whole night welcomed us with unpleasant breeze in the morning) Radiators on the top floor not adjusted. It was cozy worm at the bottom floor but chilly at the top floor. Heater in small toilet didn't work very well, not a place for longer philosophical thoughts or you could freeze your feet out.

Every corner of Snowdonia within 1,5h distance by car (bus stop for those using public transport). I would totally recommend this place for everyone wanting to explore this region of Wales. House is well equipped with everything you may need (coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, smart tv, great internet, 2 toilets, tons of storage space). Downsides are negligible and easy to adjust (during warmer months you wouldn't even notice them.
