Not sure I like having pets in hotels. I wouldn't recommend if I need to travel for business. Swimming was good but pool temperature needed to be a tad warmer.

Clean room, nice facilities. Tried the swimming and I wasn't disappointed. Great location, seafront is down the road. Breakfast was lovely and friendly staff.

Car park could have better signage/navigation - it's the road behind the hotel. Council signage is more obvious than the hotel one pointing you to a pay car park that's locked at night.

Great access to local facilities - theatre, town, beach, restaurants. Easy check-in, helpful staff, good, efficient breakfast service.

That we were not allowed to use the pool after checking out, seeing we wanted to order food from the bar for lunch . So had to leave at 11 was a real shame never got to use the pool .but could use it before booking in doesn't make sense .

Radiator didn’t work, room not warm enough. Car parking price unreasonable as we hadn’t realised it was free if we booked direct with the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect to visit Bournemoth, very close to the city center and the large beach. The facilities were very confortable, including a sauna and jacuzzi in a common area. Perfect to relax after a day visiting the city.

rooms were very small, bathroom was very tired and hot water was boiling out of bath taps, dangerously so. bathroom no window and very hot. room was also too warm, but we opened window.

We stayed there for 2 nights, me, my partner, and our daughter. We had a room with a double bed and a sofa bed for my daughter. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, she rather slept on the floor on the mattress we put down. The breakfast was not so good and limited. The price we paid from my opinion was too much.

Reception staff were polite but could have been friendlier. I mentioned when booking that it was a surprise trip for my husband's birthday, but this wasn't acknowledged. Is just a 'Happy birthday' at check in too much to ask!?

The shower wasn't that warm at all ,the towels had dirty marks on them the bed sheets had marks . Room wasn't that clean at all.

Parking was a little difficult. Had trouble getting a space as it was almost full and some of the spaces are a little awkward to get into.

The £50 charge on arrival for car parking for 4 nights as we missed the bit about booking through a 3rd party bookings get charged for parking. Pool changing room is small, you need to request the sauna to be switched on before you go down to the spa.

Nice clean comfortable room, warm but with great air con. Good house keeping who refill coffee etc. short walk to pier. Fabulous 3 course evening meal with free dessert as staying at hotel.

The hotel is really great, and in a perfect location to get to the beach (approx 3 mins walk) or to the centre of Bournemouth (approx 8 mins walk). The hotel was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Free parking was great too! The breakfast was lovely and the staff too! Bonus was it has a swimming pool, hot tub and sauna that is also free of charge. The twin room was small but we didn’t need a big bedroom, we had all we needed.. a comfy bed, tv, hot shower and air con fan that plugged in, fluffy big towels, kettle and tea & coffee. There is a Nisa shop 3 mins walk away and eating places too. I would defo recommend this hotel and I am really picky, so would happily stay here again.

My mum's shower didnt drain properly the whole time we were there.. She asked every morning if it could be fixed and she was told everytime it was, then she would shower and it would flood into her bathroom floor. First morning she told staff about it she was asked "what do you want us to do?" which threw her off abit, as of course fix it! (or move rooms, which was never offered and she would never ask.) also the mattress' were quite hard unfortunately!

Staff were lovely, special shout out to Jessica at the breakfast and also there was a new girl who had just started I'm unsure of her name though - both looked after me and my family and very friendly and chatty! Lovely food, very fresh each time we ordered and the house water was a great idea for the rooms. Good location and easy to get to and from the airport.
