Problem with TV but very quickly resolved

The house was very clean, well equipped and fabulous location. Communication very efficient Early check in allowed due to availability so very grateful for that. Thank you

The sofas were very low and a bit uncomfortable for 4 adults. The lighting was harsh - very bright ceiling lights or one tiny dingy table lamp. Changing this small thing would make a huge difference to the atmosphere.

Property was well equipped and decorated without being cluttered. Everything was spotlessly clean. Property had on site parking and was easy walking distance into town centre.

The single bed had some broken slats towards the head but the bed had been turned around, meaning that they were at the bottom instead. They were exposed but caused a dip.

The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. The living areas had good facilities such as a sofa bed, TV and netflix. A lovely garden for the children to play in. Off road parking and close to drayton manor. The beds were very comfortable with soft and fresh bedding. Would recommend this property and I would definitely return.

Only has 1 bathroom and shower in bath is not ideal plus wasn’t working that well (it is not a power shower) Not enough towels for 4 adults really need one bath towel & a hand towel per person. Very little toiletries also. Didn’t find the beds very comfy either.

Great location, house was clean and spacious, really easy to organise and great communication. Brilliant that it had Netflix so my children had something to watch. Comfortable enough beds .

The sofas were very uncomfortable, the small sofa couch you could barely use , even my small children didn't want to sit on it and the main couch was small for a family of 5 , even though it is 3 bedroom house and you would expect 5 guest you can only sit 2/3 downstairs. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 2 day weekend stay for a family of 5 , we ran out and had to go to the shop which was really inconvenient. There wasn't enough cloths for cleaning and drying in the kitchen. The air fragrance around the house was really over powering , and when the heating was on the house was very stuffy. Check out was 10am which was quite early.

Cobwebs and spiders plus sofa bed needs replaced. Most uncomfortable to sit on so can’t imagine sleeping on it

Super location. Went to Cadbury’s world, Drayton manor and West Midlands safari park (this is a must) and ashend house children’s farm. And a papa johns round the corner, bonus!

The sofa bed is horrible (sorry but it really is). Uncomfortable as a sofa and as a bed. A mattress topper would definitely help! or even a better quality sofa bed. The alternative would be to put a second single bed in the third bedroom. It would make the room "snug" however a proper bed always wins over a sofa bed! The house is very comfortable for 4; we were 6 so for instance the dining/ breakfast bar sits 4 - there is no additional sitting or an extra table to sit at. We ate in shifts - kids first then the adults. We made it work.

The house is great. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Great location to pop into Tamworth town centre or visit the Snow dome. The house was clean and tidy and obviously a lot of thought had gone into the renovation. Shower is powerful. Great communication from the owners. We would stay again.

The house was lovely and welcoming and very clean and tidy. The beds were comfy and the shower was good. The garden was enclosed, which meant we could relax whilst the children played outside safely. It was close to Drayton manor which was the reason for our visit. Overall, very pleased and would love to stay again when we return to the theme park next time.

Overall great stay as I said above about cobwebs. On the second night I had to hang towels at the edge of blinds as sunlight came through at 5am quite bright which woke my son up very early.

Excellent location, clean, fresh bedding and towels. The fact is a house/home gives you a lot more freedom for dinners etc. Thank you we will be back.

After paying for the house two weeks upon arrival, I was charged again by this company. Also the communication with the people renting is the house was very vague and late. I didn’t find them at all helpful

Not easy, We tried to get into the property twice. I had a email to say it was a code but no instructions how to use it. I emailed the lady to explain we couldn’t get in but no response. Later on that evening when we came back, I still could not get the key out of the lock. My sons were stressed and upset. I had to get a person walking past who was walking his dog to help us, gain access to the property

No mor than 2 adults could sit comfortably to watch tv or just relax. The small setter was inadequate as you are nearly touching the floor when only one adult sits o it.

Dirty kitchen appliances, garden overgrown ,and having no TV to watch after our 2nd morning as it went out with a bang and a puff of smoke . Would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.

Beds were comfy and huge , and having a toilet downstairs .
