Fabulous room in a great location to explore Rothesay. Continental breakfast included was a lovely touch. Owner was great at check in. View from our room was gorgeous.

Location of flat was great. Easy to walk into centre of Rothesay. Variety of restaurants to eat in.

Very nice, newly converted, modern little suite in a beautiful Victorian house, once a guest house but now consisting of a number of self contained suites. There is a stunning view over the bay from all three windows. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

i don’t really have any bad comments maybe the water pressure in shower could have been better but still worked ok 🙂

the whole building was clean and tidy, the rooms were clean, comfortable & cosey. i was very appreciative of the bread, cereal, milk, tea & coffee left for my arrival. the owner was a lovely gentleman. i would definitely recommend this place, you can tell the owners & staff work hard

The self catering rooms had all you need for a short break. Clean, comfortable, friendly host. Location. We had a room with a garden view but after 2 nights we were offered and accepted a sea view room. My room I mean apartment really, living room, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. All spotlessly clean. I've loved our 5 days on the island and the experience was only made better with this accommodation.

Beautiful view from ettrick Bay suite. Great sized rooms with fridge, toaster and microwave best suited for those who prefer to eat out as not enough facilities to cook a full meal but this wasn't an issue as personally eat out while on a break. Plenty options for eating out or even have a takeaway delivered. Beautiful island always something new to discover on every visit. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. We left my sons laptop charger and only realised when home thankfully was able to collect it a few days later as in the area but failing that the host was willing to pop it over in the post which was very kind. Will be back later in the year again.

Maybe helpful to supply kitchen paper towels and larger wine glasses 🍷 but can't say there was anything we didn't like.

Owner very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely return especially for the view from our bay window.

Supply of items for breakfast was a bit meagre

Great location. Great views of the sea and the harbour from our rooms. The rooms were self contained with facilities for heating up meals and basic cooking, which helped a lot. Quite clean and nice flats. Very friendly and welcoming host.

There were just a couple of small things that we didn't like, i.e. the sea view was a bit spoiled by having a tv aerial in front of the window. The sofa in the sitting room was a bit uncomfortable. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very good.

Although my confirmation of booking said breakfast was included when we arrived Andrea, the owner, explained that they did not do breakfast anymore. A welcome pack was supplied which consisted of a small loaf of bread, some butter and jam, milk, orange juice, a couple of yoghurts and teabags and sachets of coffee. We were quite happy with this but I think they should remove "breakfast included" from their advertising. Andrea was friendly and welcoming.

The only fault was the shower had very little pressure so it actually took twice as long to get washed and rinse hair. I assume this is because we were on the top floor.

Nice little welcome breakfast pack, cereal, milk, bread, butter, jam, yogurt, sugar ,tea and coffee. Adequate crockery and utensils. The air frier came in useful as there was only a toaster and microwave but the kitchen wasn’t big enough to a cooker or hob. This in no way detracted from the rooms at all. Bedroom was a good size and the towels were white and a proper bath size. Excellent location on the see front with tables and chairs outside, lovely to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine.
