The bed was uncomfortable and in the bathroom the sink not was hot water.

It was a very nice place the staff was kind and helpful near to the beach the breakfast very good.

The hotel was a bit further out of the town than we expected .

The room did what we wanted it to was pretty standard, the breakfast was good, close to the beach but I expected better views, But the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you! Lovely talkative people.

Good array of food for available breakfast, but was disappointed with the poached eggs that were over-cooked and not runny at all. If cooked properly, this would have made the haddock and poached eggs on muffins with hollandaise sauce amazing, as the rest of the breakfast was great... just really disappointing to ruin/overcook the eggs.

Disappointed with dinner, that was quantity over quality with so many strong flavours that didn't work. Pity because I have always enjoyed eating here and will still be back!

Perfect location for my needs out of Weston but with free parking and a short drive into town. Great bathroom and products make up for a smallish room. Really good freshly cooked breakfast choice for a small hotel. No fuss and accommodating staff.

Our mattress was uncomfortable so didn't get the best nights sleep but the hotel more than made up for it we would stay again.

The view from our room was amazing and the staff were all lovely,the food in the restaurant was well priced and very good.

The room looked a bit like it was half way through a make over. Some parts nicely decorated but some bits very worn, the bathroom door was really battered and the bed itself looked a little sorry for itself. There was also a lot of cobwebs around the ceilings/ corners

The location is great, really cute spot and easy to find. The restaurant was really nice and we only had the breakfast but the quality was superb. All the staff we spoke to were really helpful and lovely, I'd definitely come back again as great value for money.

Toilet roll in room 2 wasn’t put out on the holder, but I found it inside the bathroom closet. Tap in sink no hot water. Needs to be looked at.

Spacious room, warm & lovely seaside view. Hotel restaurant nice place to work & have a coffee. Breakfast excellent - eggs Benedicts v good & attentive staff & nothing was too much trouble.

Couldn't get normal tv channels like itv1 etc. Could do with a shower screen as floor gets very wet when showering.

We were first given a room in the annexe, that was fine, plenty of room, tons of storage space. Then we unpacked everything, we even had a cup of coffee, then we checked the wi-fi ! The only problem was the free wi-fi stretched to the main hotel only, we would never have booked if we'd been told that. I immediately went to reception, and told them the same, whereby we were swiftly offered a room in the main building. It was a total pain in the proverbial to repack, move, then unpack again. Not a good start. I think this should be made clear on the hotel information, as the information sheet in the annexe even gave the wi-fi passcode. If you need wi-fi, don't book the annexe.

The breakfasts are amazing, I tried three choices from the menu, smoked haddock and poached eggs, full English, and eggs Benedict. The haddock won, 'fins' down. The evening meals we had were reasonably priced, well presented and good VFM. Our room, *9 (see below), was comfortable and warm, though it could have done with a little more storage space, or at least a shelf. The television was a little confusing to use, but once mastered there was plenty of choices to watch, much needed as rain stopped play. Location ideal for us as we were checking on our caravan at Country View just down the road.
