Everything was great except only 1 bin in apartment.

It was as described lovely clean modern apartment, spacious lounge kitchen & good sized bathroom. Loved the little extras complementary tea coffee sugar but also condiments olive oil. Free allocated parking.

The parking is an issue as the assigned space is very tight if adjoining cars encroach into the bay. Key safe to collect keys is a little obscure. The shower needs modernising.

Excellent and spacious apartment with great decor throughout and a real homely/cosy feel. Comfortable sofa and bed. Very nice kitchen area. Good location for the town centre. The owner is very helpful and responsive to all queries. The hot water stopped working whilst I was staying and it was fixed the next day.

The buzzer at the front not working so you had to go downstairs to answer the door.

No markings on the stove top so it took trial an error to get the correct stove on and at required temperature. The fridge was set too cold so everything froze. The window in the larger room was broken off the top hinge so it wasn’t possible to open it further that. being slightly ajar. Airwick plug-ins were on in ever room and at max so it was a little sickly. I’d recommend putting them on the lowest setting.

Lack of attention to detail: no plugs for kitchen or bathroom sinks. Broken roller blind mechanisms. Brand new TV rendered useless because not setup so no channels. Bathroom fan on constantly! Smaller bedroom should have bed rotated so that you can access either side. ALL EASILY FIXEDp

The lift wasn't working which was a little bit of a hassle as the apartment was on the fifth floor, that combined with the weather being hot and having to carry bags/suitcases, wasn't ideal but not too much of a big deal. The air con wasn't working or maybe I didn't know how to use it ? But overall the pros outweighed the cons.

Apartment looked exactly like it did in pictures and had everything you would need during the duration of your stay and even provided us with a gift on arrival.

No hot water with no instructions about how to put it on or that you needed to Bedroom window dangerously in need to repair. I tried to open it as the flat was extremely hot and it nearly fell inwards. Not safe

Collecting keys from lock box on a metal fence in random place, across the road from building and at bottom of a green metal fence that we had to find in complete darkness. Had to phone owner for instructions/directions of finding key lock box. Absolute nightmare. Lift to 5th floor which property was on was not working so tired kids and luggage was a nightmare. Our bed we slept in was just springs and badly uncomfortable, and i can adjust to nearly anything and sleep, but not this thing lol Parking space is between 2 concrete posts, non confident drivers or bigger cars will have no chance, mines a c class mercedes so not smallest. pictures added are the building, the shop opposite and where the lockbox is located

The apartment was on the 5th floor, we were unaware of that when we booked, luckily we’re not disabled, we are however in our 70’ s so maybe not so agile. On arrival we discovered the lift was not working and was told it had been out of order for some time. We were offered alternative accommodation,ground floor but this had no parking and only one bedroom, we decided to stay in the flat on floor 5 because we had a parking space and rooms we needed. The apartment was very well equipped, but unfortunately , there were no operating instructions for the cooker or microwave. The bathroom also had no sink plug and the one in the kitchen would not fit this means we maybe used more running water than we needed to .

it was very clean and quiet.
