The lack of response to emails was ridiculous, 4 emails, 2 voicemails and a text (all asking the same question over that space of 2 weeks) were all totally ignored. The apartment wasn’t very clean-the blinds were totally filthy in the bathroom, the TV also didn’t work which was frustrating. Toilet in en suite loose. Ants all over the apartment.

There was an issue with the toilet in the en suite- it appeared to be coming loose from its moorings and was not anchored properly! Also the blinds in that room were in urgent need of a clean - even though the rest of the appartment was spotless. The small outside area also needed a tidy up - there was an odd shoe just lying around which was quite odd! All of this could have been conveyed to the owner privately for their attention had they replied to an earlier query I had before arrival - I tried to contact them via Booking.com and by phone and text but received no response. A shame really as apart from this we loved it!

The appartment was lovely - bright , spacious and well laid out with plenty of room and the benefit of a bathroom and en suite. Bedding and bed were very comfortable and the location was superb, so close to all amenities. Check out times good as well. We would definitely stay again, A note to Booking.com in general - it would be so much easier to receive a text with the key code - not everyone has access to E mail on their phone - especially if the WI FI in the area is not good.

Very spacious and lovely layout. It looked amazing, very modern, and very clean.. Everybody had a comfortable bed. The kitchen lovely had everything we needed.

Generally very clean but some areas need attention - the blinds were very dirty and kitchen door covered in bird poo! Unable to open bedroom window as windowsill outside covered in thick dirt which would blow inside.

Spacious, quiet, and great location. Only (very) minor drawbacks are its location on a pedestrian-only street (inconvenient car drop off/pickup) and the very narrow and steep stairs from street to front door (difficult to transport luggage).

Location was ideal, right in the heart of all the main attractions and close to the train station. The apartment was bigger than we expected ... perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids.

Everything was perfect! I have no complaints. (People who have mobility issues, note that there are a few steps down into the front door, and the kitchen is down a flight of stairs.)

Bath tub was slippery for shower. (nearest to hall) Needs a rubber mat. I didn’t realize shower in master bedroom.

it was spacious and good kitchen supplies. Needs pepper. We were really pleased that milk was left in frig for coffee and tea. Great touch!

The steps leading down to the unit are irregular and difficult to navigate esp with luggage. Washer didn't work on arrival. Had to wait for owner to come fix it. No TV in master BR if you care about such things. The cleaning staff was extremely nice but honestly the place wasn't as clean as we would have liked. Damp towels and a couple of bugs that looked like termites

So quiet at night you could hear a pin drop. I'm a very light sleeper and I didn't even use ear plugs. Literally the quietest lodging I've ever experienced. Once the owner got the washer to work it worked well. Great location. Big and roomy.

One or two long cobwebs hanging around, although apartment generally very clean. Entrance to apartment down narrow stairway to basement so may have proved a little awkward had my in-laws been able to travel with us.

Almost everything! Spacious, well equipped, and as central as you can get! The amount of provisions, from tea, coffee, milk, to shower gels, shampoos, toilet rolls, really impressed us. Settled in really quickly, felt like home from home...

Office above was a little noisy but there’s not a lot you can do about that. We weren’t in much anyway.

Excellent location for all facilities. Apartment bigger than expected, lots of room. Host was very helpful when we asked to leave our cases for a few hours. Really near to the train station. Lots to explore around the apartment and plenty of places to eat. Sadly 2 nights was not long enough to do and see everything. Would definitely return.
