Only thing is feel that breakfast was too early between 8am and 8:45 when your on holiday. As we were a family of 9 and the only guest staying, it would have been nice to be given the option to sit together for breakfast

Warm, welcoming and very friendly. There was lots of tea/coffee available in the room and replenished daily. Had a fridge medium fridge in room. Very good location, 2 minute walk from the sea front, good fish and chip place on the same road and 5 minute walk from the high street of shops.

Nothing really, room was a little small but it was the Budget option and we booked very late.You get what you pay for so no complaints.

Comfortable bed .clean room. Clean bedding and towels.Vernon and Leslie (hosts).were like a part of the family..chatty.polite.and made my stay a delightful experience.. The breakfast was massive.and well cooked and presented..very clean and restful guesthouse.

The room was cold for the whole stay, the TV didn't tune into the ariel very well and the sink was very small in the bathroom.

Great location, street parking outside the Guest House, friendly owners, clean large room with plenty of bedding and towels, fridge in the room and a superb full English breakfast.

The room was a lovely size. With a fridge in it which was great. The breakfast was spectacular. You couldn't ask for more. Everything was fresh and cooked lovely. The staff were lovely and friendly.

I personally didn't like the stairs going up to my single room at the top of the house but that's only because of Osteoarthritis in my knee so please be aware of this if you have any disability of any kind, single rooms are at the top of the property.

Vernon and Lesley really make you feel very welcome, they're two friendly and hospitable people who look after their guests needs very well. With a full English breakfast thrown into every stay every morning you really can't go wrong (cereals and toast is available to choose from, or even a bacon butty). A stone's throw away from the main drag and the attractions and then the beaches. A taxi from the train station costs around £5.40 with Compass Taxi, ask for Dave. All in all my trip to GY wasn't long enough as there's so much to see and do and would have stayed for sure if there'd been availability. I'd like to thank you both for a very pleasurable(apart from the stairs) & memorable stay, even the locals were super friendly!

Maybe a mirror near the plug socket so you could blow dry your hair, the squeaky bedroom door .

Location was excellent 5minutes walk to the sea front and the breakfast was very good value for the price included in the stay also was lovely to have a fridge in the room .

Febreeze plugin was a bit too much and I had to unplug it, I’m asthmatic and may have affected my asthma. I was fine.

The room had a fridge for my beers and food, the Tv for the room was decent size. The internet was very stable connection and over 40mbps.

Room was a little small but we realised this when we booked but was only room left! Shower was a little tight for my hubby but again not the guest houses fault as was the budget double.

Pity single room didn't have an en-suite, but right next to shower and toilet, so no great hardship.

Lesley and Vernon made me feel so welcome - fully catered for my gluten free diet Room very comfortable with great facilities. Free parking - and great location to access all amenities. Lovely homely atmosphere - made my weekend so relaxing and enjoyable.
