Husband had fish and chips which were terrible. Poor quality of obviously frozen grey fish. I on the other hand had the salmon which was delicious. Breakfast was not up to standard and the ‘hot’ food just wasn’t. Cheap bread, even cheaper pastries that were solid. Overall 4 out of 10 .

It’s a decent hotel in a good location for the purpose of our visit. Good car parking facility. Food could be better.

One toilet roll and only 2 small towels in the bathroom. This hotel has all the signs of cutbacks. For breakfast everyone is shoved into one small area. Staff member at checkout didn't even ask about our stay. I will not be using this hotel again Tv quite old and remote ancient and not responsive Wardrobe door hitting off the ceiling

1. cleanliness: (common areas - such as the stairs and the toilets in the lobby - were dirty, there were hairs in the bathroom when we arrived, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty). 2. continental breakfast was not as good as expected, and the 'hot water' was not hot enough for a brew. 3. the swimming pool and gym were closed

The room was a good size and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the large windows allow a great view of the city.

Unfortunately, the room was not properly clean. We found breadcrumbs (not small) on the room's carpet on our arrival and after 2 days, they were still there. The bathroom had hairs and some mould. The tea cups were not clean. The pool water was not clean despite the abnormal amount of chlorine. And the men's changing room looked like not having been cleaned in a long time, with no soap and dirt under the lockers. An empty plastic water was at the second floor corridor during the whole time of our stay. For a 4* hotel, I was badly surprised with the hygiene.

It was near Legoland, which was the purpose of the family trip. The staff were kind and helpful. It has a good size and safe pool for the kids.

There was no-one in reception for few minutes as we arrived so we had to go to the restaurant to ask whether there was someone at reception to serve. No toilet brushes in the toilets. Parking access extremely narrow. Steam room was not working however we were not informed priorly. Use of the pool and sauna facilities was the main reason once choosing the hotel so was a bit disappointing. The Sauna also didn't feel hot enough.

Staff were so nice room was clean and people were very accommodating. The only downfall was location not close to anything in particular. We went to Legoland and got taxi from the hotel and taxi to airport. Easy access to order and are very efficient. Can't speak highly enough for staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Our room was so hot I didn’t sleep well at all. It was like the heating was on but when I tried to turn the air con on it blew out warm air even though it said 15• and there was no option to lower this. Thank goodness the window opened slightly although it still took a while to cool down. In the pool area the jacuzzi didn’t bubble at all although temperature was good. The hotel asked for an special requests when I booked and I advised it was my daughters 8th birthday. They asked for her name but I’m not sure why as nothing was in the room when we arrived so that was disheartening. There were also hairs in our bath so possibly hadn’t been cleaned.

Additional extras of leisure facilities and car park could have just been added onto the booking price, instead of all separate.

The pool facility was fantastic for our young family, the pool was a nice temperature and not too deep.
